I ordered the Organic Scottish Salmon served with "two hour" grits and heirloom tomato salad via "in room dining." It was delicious!

A prebooked, preordered party of 15 for my husband's company was hosted here. I felt privileged and excited to be treated to such an extravagant place for the weekend at Buffalo Thunder. Our private room was placed off to the far left of the facility and we were given access to the patio and fire place. So far we were... More

The menu selection was ok. Not really designed to my preferences. Good drinks and nice atmosphere. Good service.

If you are staying in the Buffalo Thunder this is really the only option if you want "fine dining". Basically it's a steakhouse with a few paltry options if you don't want steak. The service was very good and attentive and my starter (slow cooked pork belly) was to die for but unfortunately the rest of the meal was "average"... More

Had the breakfast buffet each day we were there because it was very good. A nice variety of foods for $15.99/person. You can also order from the menu.

Red Sage: My lady companion and I were interested in a light dinner on a Friday evening. We surveyed the Turquoise Whatever downstairs and voted "NO" due to the noise level and cigarette smoke adjacent to the casino. Next we looked at the all-you-can-eat buffett and voted "NO" in favor of table service. We ended up at the Red Sage... More

What a beautiful hotel that I guess I expected more from their signature restaurant. Had their Scottish salmon and was ok but not outstanding. The vegetables were very god though. Salmon was a bit fishy for my taste.

We only used this restaurant for breakfast but the food was very good and the choice of food was excellent. Everything from juice, cereal, fresh fruit, freshly cooked hot meals, toast, cakes all for the one price so you just helped yourself to whatever you wanted. Great way to set you up for the rest of the day. Staff were... More

Ordered a rib-eye and it arrived at the table with a foul smell. The waiter took it back. The manager came to the table and didn't apologize. They did give us a free shrimp cocktail while we waited for the steak but the bill was not adjusted at all. The replacement steak was cooked incorrectly. Go to Gabriel's down the... More
