Good food.

Fine dining , beautiful atmosphere whatever the weather. Colder weather they have fires burning which makes it romantic. Hotter weather and the swimming pool and inviting decks.

The food was average for the price. A limited menu with several items also offered through room service. The wine list was OK. The best part was the wait staff who were very professional and responsive.

While staying at the Buffalo Thunder Casino, I decided to visit the Red Sage Reataurant. Given the mixed reviews on Trip Advisor, I went with some trepidation. First, our waiter, Rivers was superb. The food was served on a timely manner and Rivers went out of his way to make our visit as comfortable as possible. The short ribs and... More

Screwed up our entire order and made it worse by not fixing it. No fun to half the table to get their food while the others wait for the staff to fix the their screw up. At prices like these I don't expect to be used as a training opportunity for new untrained staff.

Wife cashed a gift coupon at the spa, so we joined for dinner later on at Red sage. Ambiance was nice, got nice table by the window. They have a good selection of wines by the glass (necessary due to wine-incompatible entrees and the need to drive home), including the excellent and reasonably priced 14 hands cabernet, an excellent choice.... This place was a little expensive but they were great service and the view was awesome , it had snowed and we sat by the window... They have a great menu from seafood to steak or salads. Has a chef and a sous chef , they work well together . Graet dinner.

I ordered the Organic Scottish Salmon served with "two hour" grits and heirloom tomato salad via "in room dining." It was delicious!

A prebooked, preordered party of 15 for my husband's company was hosted here. I felt privileged and excited to be treated to such an extravagant place for the weekend at Buffalo Thunder. Our private room was placed off to the far left of the facility and we were given access to the patio and fire place. So far we were... More

The menu selection was ok. Not really designed to my preferences. Good drinks and nice atmosphere. Good service.
