Delicious steaks and baked potatoes. Nice atmosphere, good service. Very pricey though as everything is a-la-carte. My husband and I both had a steak and baked potato, and one drink each and our bill was $105.00. So as long as you don't mind the price, it was a really good meal.

My husband and I both had steak. He had the ribeye and I had the sirloin. Both steaks were absolutely delicious. The sides were wonderful as well. Our waiter was Maurice and he was great. The food was pretty expensive, but worth it. Nice atmosphere as well.

This is a nice venue inside the hotel. There is a nice selection of wines. The food was just so so. The waiter was very nice and did his best with what he had to work with. We arrived at 7:30 PM and did not get served until 8:50 PM. The chefs excuse was that the new menu had only... More

Hard to fault it. Great wine, great food and great service. I will return if I'm staying nearby. Ambience and cleanliness are a given.

My friends decided to have their wedding dinner here in one of their private rooms and the best part of the meal was the cake....The cake was Amazing. For dinner I had the lobster, which was good but somewhat bland. Other members of the group had steak etc. which they thoroughly enjoyed. The portions were good and so was the... More

I had both a business dinner here with three others and a group dinner for 32. The food and service were exceptional. One night I had a strawberry ice cream gazpacho which was very good, followed by a half-rack of lamb that was okay and topped off with a hot chocolate crime brûlée which was perfect. The next night at... More

Staying at Buffalo Thunder for a couple of nights and decided to eat at Red Sage after a long day's drive. Didn't want to travel back into Santa Fe. Thought how bad can it be? Monday night with a handful of people in the restaurant - 7:00 PM and they advise they are all out of New York Strip steak... More

We went during NM Restaurant Week. Three-course meals for 30 dollars. Service was friendly, but waits were very long between visits / food delivery. For the special price, food was average. Full menu price is at least 50% more than food is worth - don't go here unless you have won the casino jackpot or you have a special discount.

We ordered an appetizer which consisted of ONE scallop over chopped cantaloupe. This was the only thing that was appealing. The steaks we ordered were not cooked as we asked. Husband ordered a steak medium rare, it came out bloody rare. It took the waiter, Chris forever to return to our table to send the steak back. The steak came... More
