It was an early dinner on Luminaria's breathtaking patio where we were seated and noticed The Executive Chef talking to another table. We instantly thought that they were his friends and that he'd look right past us. Well we were wrong. He walked right up to our table and warmly greeted us and answered all our menu related questions. We... More

It was a hot day so my boyfriend and I decided to try some refreshing appetizers, I had the Chilled Asparagus Salad and my beau the Pineapple Gazpacho. What impressed us the most was the Chefs attention to detail in placing these options on his menu. They made perfect sense given the season and were items we instantly gravitated towards.... More

You have to go here and try the Pineapple Gazpacho, it was so good I considered having a second bow! My partner raved about her Pork Belly and ate it all before I could sneak a bite. Our entrees of New York Strip and Chilean Seabass made for the perfect surf n turf as we shared our plates!

Pork Belly was the very best I've ever had and my pineapple gazpacho was perfect as well! Entree choices were also top shelf, we had Buffalo short ribs that melted in my mouth and a Pork Chop that was life changing! Food here is serious..

The second-best meal we had in Santa Fe this year, only exceeded by Geronimo A big change from last year, when I thought we were treated poorly as rain came down. This year, our server, after our first course, moved us under the central canopy, which seems to be reserved for those staying at the Inn. Thus, we were well... More

The weather was perfect for a night of dining al fresco so Luminaria was the perfect choice! My girlfriend and I both had the Chilean Seabass which was both a work of art and edible heaven! The risotto and apricot sauce with leeks were the perfect sidekicks to the lovely fish.

Very cool that Executive Chef Marc Quinones was touching tables and stopped to speak with my wife and I before we ordered! He recommended we go with The Pork Belly and Quail as appetizers and both of them were delicious! We also took his recommendation on the Buffalo and Seabass and couldn't have been happier. Buffalo was new to me... More

Very fancy setting right off of the plaza which set the mood for delicious cuisine. We started with the Crispy Quail appetizer which had a perfectly crunchy exterior and a juicy succulent interior. For our entrees I had the Blue Corn Filet Mignon which was perfection on a plate and my sister had the vegetarian pasta option which was packed... More
