Description: Located at the Inn and Spa at Loretto, Conde’ Nast Traveler’s 2012 World’s Best, Gold List award recipient. Luminaria Restaurant and Patio combines modern sophistication with rustic Southwestern charm. Inspired by New Mexico's first inhabitants, the Anasazi 'Children of the Light,' Luminaria's design, décor, and cuisine illuminates the Santa Fe dining experience. During the warmer months, dine outdoors on the rustic wood patio adjacent to the world-renowned Loretto Chapel. At twilight, dine al fresco under the stars, transform the high desert into a romantic veranda draped and tented with flowering vines and luxurious flowing fabrics lit by hanging lanterns. A less formal, but equally delicious menu is available fireside in the Living Room, featuring a nightly happy hour and late night reverse happy hour specials.

We had high expectations as we walked into the lovely garden and were quickly seated. After waiting about 20 minutes without seeing our server my girlfriend asked the busboy if we could order a drink. About 5 minutes later, the manager came over and apologized and took our drink order. Once our "Blood Orange Mojotos" arrived we thought the meal... More

Patio dining area was a pleasure with the Sante Fe weather in June. The waiter was efficient , funny and really seemed to enjoy his job. Our water glasses were constantly filled before empty. We did have one problem with the wrong wine being served to my wife. When we pointed it out, they said they were out of the... More

The title says it all! What a wonderful dinner atmosphere out on the patio to celebrate our one year anniversary. The service was phenomenal - all the way down to the rose pedals on our table... Thanks Melissa, nice work!

Heard this was a fabulous breakfast place, pretty mainstream to us. Great black beans but the rest was so-so.

One of my favorite spots ever! We found this place on accident and what a happy accident. We came in for dinner after a walk through old town and thought it was just beautiful with a view of the Loretto Chapel. We had lunch there the next day too before leaving town. Every plate was delicious. service was thoughtful and... More

Our food was mediocre but the service was worse. After bringing our meal we didn't see our waiter for over 30 minutes. We had to hunt him down and request a free dessert and coffee, which he complied with. It probably wasn't the waiter's fault since they had some kind of event going on that preempted us, but we won't... More

Outdoor dining is the best. The tortilla soup and salmon were fantastice. Grilled caeser salad is amazing. Special early seating offers great prices and wine pairings.

We had made a reservation for an outside patio table on Saturday night, highly recommend making reservation. Still had a slight wait but nice table. Wait staff was good not great but helpful in recommending pairings. My husband had a wonderfully spicy margarita with the tortilla soup and paella , they have won awards for the soup and there are... My husband and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at Luminaria. The evening was warm so we were able to eat ouside on the patio. The food, service, and atmosphere were superb. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
