We so adore the romantic, outdoor dining. One wall of the Loretto chapel with its large stone gothic revival wall to our left, French Romanesque feeling blending with Spanish Adobe all around and this restaurant sporting a new chef knocked our socks off. Service from the get go was perfect. Aimee was perfect in demeanor and timing. We had scallops... More

I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. There are so many other places with better food and prices. We stayed at the hotel; therefore, location was a factor.

Came here first for lunch and sat on the patio. Beautiful setting with the fountain nearby. Had great service with a very nice waitress who accommodated us by making sure the chilis in one dish were put on the side. The lobster and crab enchiladas were the best I'd ever eaten. Went back for dinner and had the tasting menu... More

This well appointed breakfast venue had its seating outdoors overlooking one of the town's open markets. The food was delicious and the outdoor seating was elegant.

Arrived extra hungry so we decided to splurge and try a few different menu items. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to get back! The Pork Belly was amazing, crispy yet soft on the inside, great texture contrast and very creative to match it up with Harissa and sherry! The Gazpacho was lovely and had a great balance of... More

We went to Luminaria for our anniversary dinner. The staff was very attentive, but not overwhelming or annoying. Aimee, our waitress, was funny and very knowledgable, she was great. They were very accommodating of our list of food allergies and offered a wide variety of gluten-free options. We weren't sure about going to a hotel restaurant, but it was really,... More

I love the atmosphere of Luminaria, and up until tonight, have thoroughly enjoyed eating there. The new menu is pricier and stranger, and the flavors, though adventuresome, don't come together. We had foie gras (bland, strange texture), granny smith gazpacho, even stranger texture and off flavor. The chicken dish was good. Bar is always exceptional, as is service. Just the... More

I had lunch with a friend. The food was great and the service outstanding. I especially loved the creme brule.

Salmon Tartare with Green Chile and Red Corn Tortilla was something I won't forget, delicious! We had the Steak special which was a Bone In Filet Mignon with Red Bliss Potatoes and everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back on our next night out.

Rain showers were predicted and yet we were seated in an un-covered area, despite the availability of seats under the big patio cover. Of course, it rained and we had to quickly move in. One of only a few tables which had to move. Not sure how much the assignment of seats had to do with seating us as a... More
