While waiting for the ferry, we stopped by for breakfast. The restaurant is a small, local place. We had to wait about ten minutes for a table, which wasn't bad since there were seven of us. The service was friendly and prompt and I didn't hear any complaints about the food either. It was fun that we had the same... More

Nice and buttery, creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside, totally yummy. Sausage patty and scrambled eggs were also tasty. My friend had a bowl of oatmeal and pretty much inhaled it, it did look good. Nothing fancy but everything was well prepared. Service was quite good. Kind of pricey for breakfast but not ridiculous.

This is a small popular cafe that has good food so there is often a wait. The turn over seems quick so the wait should not be long. The food is good and the staff pays close attention to the customers. Great for breakfast

There seems to be a line to get in for breakfast all summer long! There's a good reason for this. The Chicken Fried Steak is perfect, all the omelets a great, and the donuts are delicious. You might want to grab one to go. This is not a fancy restaurant with a view. Dang, now I'm hungry for one of... More

Very good breakfast, but very expensive: about $13.50 to $14.00 per person with a decent tip for breakfast. Crowed. Average service.Central location. If you just want an average to good breakfast, there are other options--yes, I'd definitly go back if I wanted to spend the money.

Great little local spot for breakfast. Prices a tad bit on the high side, but hey, it's Friday Harbor. Food was excellent.

We ate breakfast here on a Saturday morning on the recommendation of locals. The place was full when we arrived, but by the time I walked across the road to the pharmacy and back, my boyfriend had been seated. The food was nothing to rave about, but also wasn't bad. The service was fast and friendly.

We were there early on a Monday morning, and we did not have to contend with a long line of customers. We each had the "senior special," one egg prepared any way, bacon or sausage, hash brown potatoes and toast (or a pancake). The other items on the breakfast menu looked good and the prices were reasonable.

Get here early and still expect a line for this breakfast/lunch mecca in Friday Harbor. Biscuits, gravy and hashbrowns spill over the plate and the brisket omelette is a winner.
