Open on Mondays, they have the best Beet Salad I've ever had! Fresh and pickled on site, this was such a huge serving, we shared it. Our entries were tasty and plentiful. Great place!

We first tried The Place, across the street, but it was packed. The Cask and Schooner was our second choice, but we were glad we went. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and reasonably priced. Try the roasted cauliflower when you go .. also, they have some delicious cocktails. The Moscow Mule was great. Service is friendly and there is... More

Stopped in for a lunch with family. We loved the little town and harbor. This place was recommended by a local at the lavender shop. The clam chowder was good, slightly cool in temperature. The green salad was just that... A plate of greens. Seems overpriced at $8. The chocolate torte was delish and a fun afternoon treat. Wait staff... More

Perfect margaritas! Their mashed potatoes are like "Thanksgiving in a bowl", and love the sauteed veggies too. We like the brunch on the weekends - fried potatoes are great! French fries are a little too crispy (with a few inedible) - but still this place is well worth 4 stars. Sunday night music in the bar is excellent too! One... More

Went for the evening and was looking forward to some awesome scallops. Unfortunately they were cold and undercooked. The best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. This was a 32dollar meal...... the service was a disappointment no check back and asked for dessert menu and never got one.I will not recommend go somewhere else. ....

We asked three different locals for their recommendation for the best place for dinner. They all chose the Cask and Schooner. We were not disappointed. In addition to their advertised menu, they have more upscale specials each night. We will certainly go again.

The Cask and Schooner is one of the few resraurants open every night in "off season," but they didn't take our patronage for granted. A friendly greeting and choice of bar vs dining room seating were offered. Most diners were local, I think. The service was quick, friendly, but not pushy. Anthem, abtasty Pacific Northwest Cider was availavle for me,... More

The atmosphere was comfortable, beautiful historical building. My husband and I had the fish and chips which were a little pricey but tasted fresh and delicious, I must say.

Everything was great. We will definitely be back! Best chicken sandwich ever, also great vegetarian choices too. All prices were reasonable for Friday Harbor.
