Great location. Great food for lunch.

Just getting off the ferry and we were tired and starving. We came across Cask and Schooner, which was rated highly. You can't find a better location, overlooking Friday Harbor. The sandwiches are made from fresh ciabatta bread made on San Juan Island. I had the Spike Chicken Sandwiches... read more

Many options for local seafood, lamb burgers to pastas to other specials. Food was a good price. Also many choices for beer and wine. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

We had fun at the bar but did the dinner was just average. Don't sit upstairs. It's like being in a diner with no windows. And it is where they put all of the kids.

We were tired. We were hungry. We didn't want to roll the dice on a dicey restaurant. Pub food seemed like a safe bet. But when we saw the menu, we were surprised. And a little skeptical. Dungeness crab risotto? Brodetto? At a Pub? Well, we took a chance and we won. What amazing food, The brodetto - a sort... More

Restaurants can be rather transient in tourist towns. The building that houses the Cask and Schooner has been host to many over the years; its very convenient location (near the ferry dock and marina) also means that it had better be good. Well, the Cask and Schooner is…and then some. This busy, nautical-themed pub welcomes you with either seating along... More

Wanted to tr the larger entree, but because we ate late, focused on the sandwiches, but they were still quite generous. We started out with two starters - broccollini (can't remember the preparation), plus the crispy cauliflower with curry oil. The broccollini was tasty, the cauliflower heads were cut too big and were very crunchy (not my idea of crispy!),... More

First place we went when we got to Friday Harbor. Sat out on the porch and had kale and chickpea sautee which was delicious. My husband had a hamburger; also great. Good service, good food, good location--just feels like Friday Harbor when I'm there.

Great food, ambience, location and staff. Thank you Kori and Boo Boo for your excellent friendly service even though it was really busy!

We actually ate twice here and had one good and one not so good experience, this rating is for the better experience which I suspect is more typical. Location is great, right on the harbor by the marina and ferry port. The service was OK. We ate breakfast and the food was very nicely prepared, fresh and hot. There was... More

The wait staff was polite and attentive, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend their fish and chips, as well as their troll king salmon with a cherry glaze. It was the most amazing salmon I have ever eaten!
