Went there for my birthday dinner .great service- food was delicious- presentation was beautiful! Wine selection was very good- nice atmosphere Definitely would return!
We had failed to make weekend reservations, and found this restaurant on-line as taking on-line reservations, thus saving a batch of futile telephone calls. It was within comfortable walking distance of the convention center, and we knew the hotel in which it is located is a classy one. It turned out to be a much finer experience than we expected.... Our business group went to Las Ramblas for dinner and found the restaurant to be beautiful and quiet. The art in the restaurant is beautiful reproductions (my favorite Picasso!) and blown glass which looked like Chihuly. Regardless, we came for the food and it was excellent. We had intended to have dinner at the restaurant but then had a change of plans, but we did go for breakfast and it was amazing, and the staff was beyond nice! It's a must!!
My friend and I had dinner at Las Ramblas while staying at the hotel for a girls getaway and had not only a wonderful meal, but also very attentive and friendly service. I am looking forward to going back.
Eight is our party of friends. We really liked the food served in the restaurant. We all ate breakfast from the menu instead of paint for the buffet. First visit! We were pleasantly surprised by this gem hidden on the Riverwalk level in the Contessa Hotel. The ambiance and menu had us expecting a very nice evening. In the end the 45 minutes it took to get our first tapa, 10 minutes after our kids received their meals, was a bit frustrating. The tapas menu had a lot of variety however several items that we wanted were not available. The items that we had were average.
