Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food. I liked that the menu was diverse. At a lot of the vegetarian restaurants I have gone to its very carb & dairy heavy (or fake cheese if you prefer) with lots of fake meets. This place had those options and a lot of others. Also, the spicing of the food was spot on.... More

Green has been one of my favorites long before it got all hip and happening. Their food is always fresh and delicious and a little different from the common fare. You always feel like they've just gone out to the garden and picked your greens for the salad, or chopped up the herbs from a freshly gathered basket. The portions... More

Very nice. Had the Mediterranean bowl and very tasty. Walked to new part of river walk and beautiful landscaping. Still developing area but very quiet at Greens.

Loved the old house Green used to be in, but just can't beat the outdoor patio at the new location at the Pearl. Same great vegetarian food and ridiculously good prices and selection. French press coffee and sweet potato pancakes...heaven.

Recommendation by hotel concierge "hit-the-mark"! What a great restaurant! Servers + chefs could easily have been "from the day when long-haired Hippies walked the Earth". Animal-free, organic, and the list goes on. Wow! Had a wonderful bowl of everything in a super-interesting combination. They do Vegan (me), Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and absolutely no -- read "Nada" animal products of any kind;... More

Delicious Vegetarian restaurant! Food was SO fresh and absolutely delicious. Many lovely healthy options. Service was excellent - staff friendly and very helpful in recommending good choices! Very inventive too! My fiancé is an absolute carnivore, but he loved this place! He didn't miss meat at all. Anyone can eat here, you don't have to be vegetarian to really enjoy... More

I ate here again while I was again visiting San Antonio. I like the new location, but I liked the charm of the old location too! I had the exact same thing as before, the "chicken" fried steak with mashed potatoes and kale. I don't know what they do to that kale to make it so delicious, but I love... More

Initially, we had planned to eat at LaGloria in the same complex but we had been in San Antonio for a few days and were "Mexican-ed out". We're not vegetarians but the fare at Green looked light and interesting. We really liked everything we ordered and the service was good. Only thing that bothered us was that our waitress seemed... We ate here one afternoon on vacation, the food was delicious. We ate outside because the weather was perfect for it. There are 5 of us and were all enjoyed our food. The waiter was friendly and answered all our questions. We even ordered cupcakes for dessert which were equally yummy.

Our family met up at Green for dinner on a Sunday evening. Because we are such a large group, I was able to taste several of their dining options. They offer a good spread of vegetarian and vegan meals. They can make any of their menu options vegan! We had the nachos for an appetizer and although I was not... More
