Napoletana, but I'd rather have a little more bite to the crust

We did not come to San Antonio in search of Pizza but a friend recommended it. I'm glad we went but it's not the best pizza I've ever eaten. It is authentic Napolitana pizza, but I prefer a thin, fresh crust that has more bite to it and some crunch -- instead of this which is ok on thickness... read more

We had wanted to visit the Dough; since seeing it on TV with Guy Fierre, and were looking forward to pizza in a wood burning oven.Had the pizza been really good or just good I wouldn't complain about the price but four 10" pizza's and water cost over $120.00.Not your best deal; as everyone left a little hungry. We walked across... This is a great place to go for their amazing pizza and appetizers. The food was amazing but don't go here if you are just wanting. "Pizza Hut" style experience...they know Italian Pizza, cheese and wine. We went 2 times in the 2 weeks we had to be down there!!

We read the reviews and wanted a really good pizza. We got a really good pizza. We had the margherita and it was awesome. The edge was crispy, the cheese was real mozzarella not the bagged shredded kind. There was enough sauce so that it didn't overwhelm the pizza and wasn't too salty or sweet, just right. We also had... More

Best Italian pizzeria! You will not be disappointed. Try the mozzarella sampler. The pizza was true Italian style, not typical american.

After hearing about Dough Pizzaria for some time, we finally gave this place a try. It is as good as it's reputation. The atmosphere is casual and inviting. The wait staff is attentive and informative. The food is excellent. We started out with the mozzarella and burrata sampler with prosciutto and flatbread as an appetizer. It was very, very good... Had dinner on Fri. night with friends and loved the appetizers, home-made cheeses, pizzas and cappuccinos afterwards. Fabulous service all the way around. Can't wait to go back next time my wife and I visit San Antonio.

We had noticed how popular this place is from all the media attention so we decided to arrive for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated, but no server appeared. After awhile I had to return to the hostess for assistance. Our server finally appeared and he was a helpful fellow named Travis. He has been here for the... More

Fantastic. You have to try the cheese dishes. The Burrata here is amazing. It can get busy so go early if you can, otherwise enjoy a beer outside while you wait.

Although there was many people waiting, the wait was not very long. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu, we had several good choices and it seems the pizza was very light and tasteful. Nice outside atmosphere.
