Best pizza since Italy. The ingredients are fresh and prepared well. We (4) started with the antipasto platter - nice variety. We then shared a Tuscan salad - a terrific blend of savory, sweet & salty on fresh greens! The pizza was fantastic - not what you are accustomed to from an american pizzeria - way better! The Limoncello Torte... More

A friend and I went there for lunch today. I had the lunch special which consisted of a salad, a small pizza and a drink. The salad had lettuce, little bit of carrots, and some caramelized onions. It was okay, nothing great. The pizza was good but again nothing to brag about. My friend had the salad the house smoked... More

First let me say the food was excellent. The burrata, fresh mozzarella, caprese and rollatini were all excellent. However, the prices were steep for what we got. $22 for the sampler which consisted of the above mentioned items plus flatbread. There were 2 slices of rollatini, one round slice of fresh mozerella with one slice of heirloom tomato and half... More

We tried this restaurant out since it was near our hotel and seemed to be reviewed well on tripadvisor. The food was excellent and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the establishment and explained to us the cooking process. 90 seconds to cook a pizza because of the high heat. Food was great and tasted authentic. We were there with... More

Very popular place that is thriving from the Triple D experience. Prices are CRAZY expensive. 25 dollars for a wood fired pizza for 1 is steep. Can’t fault them for taking advantage of the fame. The borata bar was impressive and the borata we ordered was house made and very rich and tasty. The accompanying flat bread was different enough... More

Every time we visit San Antonio, Dough is the first restaurant on the list of places to eat. They have the best pizza, best home made mozzarella, the best fresh tomatoes, the best olive appetizer. I can go on an on about the food. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients, and I am willing to pay extra for that.

We were about to leave San Antonio and drove by this place and found out that it was on food network before. Love their Antipasto and also orderd a margaherita pizza. I am not a big pizza fan but husband loves it and definitely a quality pizza.

I had the BUFALA MARGHERITA pizza, which ws truly the BEST pizza I have ever eaten, including those eaten in Rome, Italy. My wife had the BIANCA, pizza with extra garlic. She wouldn't even share. The pizza is crispy on the bottom and the sides, with the slight burnt taste of the fire heated stone oven, completely original to the... More

Had lunch on Sunday early, not busy. Waiter gave long speeches at each table, so visits were infrequent. Food deliverers brought wrong salad but eventually got and enjoyed our appetizer and pizza. Wife had nice wine. Check took long time such that we gave up on credit card and left exact change for tab and tip. Close to $50 total... More

Vacationing in San Antonio and since we are foodies and saw the restaurant on the Food Channel we had to give it a try. One of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Salad was enough for 3 of use to split. Dessert was excellent
