Don't miss it

My son went to college in SA and my other son lives there, so I visit there often. We saw this on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. So glad we tried it. This restaurant has some of the best Italian food we have tasted. The house made mozzarella is fantastic! We ordered a small antipasto and the Rollatini Pizza. Everything was wonderful. If ever in the area we will be back. What a great dinning memory.

This place is the bomb!!!!!! The pizza was so good we ordered a second one right after we finished the first one. When you have an opportunity to eat at a place that Guy Fieri has been to and puts something on the menu in his name, you should go, he knows his stuff!!!!!!! Plus, if you have kids they... More

I added this place to my must list after seeing them on DDD (Dives, Diner, and Drive-Ins, [or whatever order they go in]). I was not disappointed! The pizza was THE best I've ever had. I mean, who else is making their own hand pulled mozzarella cheese??

I went there based on recommendation of a colleague who joined me. We ordered a pizza and an appetizer, bottle of seltzer water (appetizer had three different cheeses on it, yes was good) we enjoyed them all. They were fresh tasting and loaded with flavor. While I like Dominos and Pizza Hut, the pizza here is definitely tasty and had... More

If you're looking for authentic "about as close to true Neapolitan pizza outside of Italy" you can get ( believe me we just returned from a 2.5 week trip in Italy and Naples was 1 of 9 Italian cities we visited) then look no further. They use fresh, high quality ingredients and bake them in an oven flown in from... More

We had read that Dough was considered in the top ten pizza restaurants in the United States, so our expectations were very high. We waited 20 minutes for a table and found the eating area very tight/crowded. We ordered 3 types of pizza and we enjoyed them all. They were fresh tasting and loaded with flavor. Much better than Dominos... More

A taste of true Italy in San Antonio Texas! All menu items are either flown in from Italy or locally grown. The owners have developed their unique version of a Napolitano pizza dough. They even imported a pizza oven from Italy that reaches 800 degrees and fully cooks your pizza in 90 seconds. They also have a wonderful assortment of... More

Great casual atmosphere, attentive service and delicious food. Took my kids out for pizza and ending ordering way too much because everyone wanted to try something different. The Gorgonzola Burrata was amazing with pesto and cherry tomatoes but next time will order with the figs and walnuts. Appetizer meatballs in tomato sauce were flavorful and tender. Don't expect budget pizza... More

Used to be the "go to place" for excellent food, nice wine and service. Now NO reservations. Sad: w/ technology we'd rather pay a preseating fee or "no-show" fee, than wait o/s in heat or walkways! Think Toll roads!
