This place is in SA close to the airport in a strip mall. Once you get past that lack of ambiance this place is top notch. Anything with the fresh mozzarella is a treat and the pizza was light, fresh and flavorful. This restaurant should look to expand as their demand far exceeds seating! Overall a great experience

Upon arrival we were told it would be a 1 hour & 45 minute wait. We decided to go ahead and wait. We are so glad we waited. For one thing it was definitely worth the wait! For the other thing, it only took 45 minutes. Their pizza and cheese appetizers are indescribable other than absolutely delicious! We come to... More

The rollatini is fabulous and the pizza absolutely to die for. You can taste the freshness and quality of the food. It is a bit expensive for a "pizza" place, but well worth the splurge every now and then!

I had been wanting to try Dough for a while now after seeing it on tv. I finally stopped by one day, and I'm glad I did. It was super busy, and there was going to be a wait, so I decided to just pick a couple pizzas up. All I had to do was walk up to the outside... More

Very good & speedy service, excellent food and fun atmosphere. This is pizza like no other. We had a server who told us how their pizza was different than other pizzarias which made it more interesting! Their salad was delicious as well. I don't eat tomatoes, but, the ones in this salad were really good! If you want a quiet... More

Pork Love with an egg and cheese bar with fresh local ingredients was awesome. Be prepared to wait. Just too many people want to eat at Dough's.

We lucked out on not having a wait, and you pay for its being one of San Antonio's only true, wood-oven fired pizza. But, VERY tasty!

Dough Pizzeria is as authentic as you can get in Southwest Texas. The atmosphere leads one to feel they are at the piazza in an Italian town. The restaurant greeters make you feel welcome upon entering the premises and promptly sit you down with the latest offerings. The combinations of pizzas and antipasti make your mouth water in anticipation. The... More
