Food was terrific! Customer care was incredible!

The food was delicious, and the experience was great. We ate in the bar area due to the half an hour wait for a table. For some reason our food took a little longer than the waiter expected for it to arrive. We didn't ask about our food, but the manager came over anyway to apologize. He said our... read more

We have been going to Brio in different cities for years for happy hour and the one in SA doesn't disappoint! We ordered the appetizer specials - caprese salad, shrimp with eggplant, and margarita flatbread. All were well prepared and delicious. There were great wine deals since it was a Thursday. We will definitely be back even though it's not... More

As the title indicates, this is a slightly upscale Italian restaurant. In other words, it is a step up from Zio's, perhaps more like Carraba's, not only in price but also in atmosphere, and quality of the food. Yet, it still offers a satisfying experience ... especially for a special birthday, etc. Our visit was with a party of 9... More

Reservations really recommended, but service was attentive, but not bothersome, food was right temperature, generous sized portions, tasty and with good presentation. Thoroughly enjoyed a non-rushed visit to this restaurant. Decor is refined and everyone from the time you enter the restaurant until we said our farewells, was pleasant, friendly, and professional. We will be back!

This place is just terrible. We visited a second time because we had a gift card that needed to be used. The lasagna was not good, but the other two dishes we ordered were average. We were overcharged $14.00 plus tax and tip on that amount. I thought the check seemed high and I checked it once we got home.... More

...wich obviously, I don´t. The pasta is slightly overcooked and the sauces have a sweet taste. On the other hand, the decor is nice and comfortable, and the service, fast.

Went for a late lunch and the food was just terrible. I could not eat my dish and my husband's was similar to Hamburger Helper. The manager came over and apologized and took my meal off the bill. He also said our food was not up to their standard. Such a disappointment. Cannot imagine ever returning.

The food was good but a little expensive. I had the risotto with sweet potatoes. Risotto is a hard dish to cook well and they did a decent job. Not the best risotto but it satisfied my risotto-deficit without too much disappointment. Service: great! Food: good Atmosphere: romantic, dress nicely, business appropriate

We loved our server, Joe! We had never been here before and Joe did not steer us wrong! I had the shrimp, my friend had the strawberry salad and my other friend had an amazing pasta dish. Desert was simple amazing. Again we each got something different and shared. The cheesecake had a burnt sugar glaze and a cookies dough... More
