Good food, average service

Let's start with the disappointing service. The young ladies work for tips and should be friendly to everyone. A mature couple (us) will probably tip better than those young guys you're cozying up to. Plus good friendly service can make up for food that's not outstanding. The potato skins were... read more

It has a great atmosphere and the drinks were amazing (had lemon drop shots). The staff was also very friendly.

Had a really good lunch experience here. Awesome location on the Riverwalk. Was able to sit outside overlooking the river and enjoy a good draft beer and the Kingston sandwich, which was tasty and fresh. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Liked the plaid kilt uniforms. Would definitely return.

Overall Came here to have dinner with my sister and also watch the NBA finals. Nice pub with friendly staff, but food was not very tasty at all and so would not recommend it for eating, but would recommend for the atmosphere and location. Staff Very friendly and welcoming and i could see them working very hard with the large... More

Our waitress was great, and the food wasn't too shabby. We tried the Reuben, a bit small but good; fish and ships, good enough for this side of the Atlantic and chicken curry, tasty but....seriously ....drum sticks? As expected, good beer selection...had a good time.

The staff was friendly, food was good and portion sizes were a decent size. It's pub food and compared to other pub good this was good. Food was served quick and hot. It's not a "must stop" place but if you want a quick lunch, it's a good place to visit.

I was wondering along the River Walk (which is fabulous) and was getting hungry. The vegetarian options made this hopeful. Dinner was actually adequate and fairly priced, presentation showed effort and it was a nice place to sit outside to people watch. What I didn't understand were the barely clad young waitresses that are apparently supposed to hulahoop.....

Mad Dogs advertises authentic British style pub food and drinks. I was looking forward to the fish and chips with a pint of bitter. On arrival, the staff was very young and the costume was some type of mad max theme. No British beers were on tap so I ordered a half yard of Sam Adams. The beer was delivered... More

Went to have vegetarian pub food. After we started our drinks at noon they informed us that they hadn't started making mashed potatoes yet - which is in all their veggie dishes. They weren't very nice about it either. Don't waste your time here...
