I have lived in San Antonio almost 22 years and still forget every couple of years how bad thus place is. The server was the worst in recent memory for any restaurant. The room temperature food Tasted so bad I could almost feel myself getting sick as I ate and I did

Best Chinese food in San Antonio. The service isn't exceptional but adequate. It's definitely great value and quality for the money.

Smells horrible on the outside. Got food poisoning. Was up all night sick. My friend got food poisoning from them months prior, didn't think it would happen to me, and it was my first time there.

Golden Wok was our favorite place for dim sum, but today's visit has made us decide to never go back. For starters, we called the evening prior to check what time they opened on Sunday, and we were told 11am. However, when we arrived at 11 Sunday morning, both the parking lot and restaurant were full. It turns out they... More

If you go to aisle 9 in Costco, the frozen section, you will find Ling Ling pot stickers and egg rolls....eat these, save your intestines. Promising sui mai and veg roll dim sum dishes, that came with zero accompanying pepper sauce or scallion dipping sauce. The full bore soy overpowered the only good portion of the meal. Everything else was... More

I googled best dim sum in San Antonio and was led to this joint on a weekday. When I drove up I was encouraged by the size of the parking lot and number of cars..lots of people means popular right? I looked for the dim sum carts but instead was handed a plastic coated menu with about 10 selections on... More

Very disappointed! I drove 25 minutes one way to Golden wok Saturday afternoon, first I saw so many people waiting in line, I thought this must be a really good place to eat! So I waited 10 mins to be seated, the waitress seemed overwhelmed by the numbers of tables she needs to take care of, we waited for a... More

I have had Dim Sum in several places in the USA and I am sad to say this is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten. SERVICE terrible, FOOD Mediocre, Prices: Too expensive for the quality. Everything in the menu is fried. Now I understand why SAN ANTONIO is the OBESITY capital in the USA,

Food is always spectacular and so is the service. We love the ambience and the beautiful koi pond and bridge that leads into the restaurant. Be sure to get there for happy hour for 2.50 margaritas and 2.50 for all the appetizers. From 4-7pm.

We're an extended Chinese family from the Bay area, Calif. and Chicago visiting San Antonio. We ordered some special dishes---fish, shrimp and scallops, longevity noodles, and steamed longevity peach-shaped buns ahead of time, all to be cooked without msg. Those dishes were superb! We were late to dim sum on Sunday, but Ah Ying the owner saved a table for... More
