Great Mexican Food and Atmosphere

At the recommendation of friends we had dinner at this restaurant. The food was great! I had probably the best enchiladas every at this place. One thing I really appreciated is that the portions sizes are not huge...so you don't feel like you are wasting food you can't eat. Prices are... read more

Many friends recommended this restaurant and we were so excited to try it since Mexican food is our favorite. We ate lunch here one afternoon when is wasn't very busy and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Mexican plate and it wasn't very good, my husband ordered the Tuesday special which was steak and... More

I've eaten there several times when I'm with friends that have never been there and were told to try it out. The food is good, the bakery has really great deserts, very pricey, very crowded, people always in a line waiting to get in. It's a really big place, and you can also eat outside in a covered patio. This... More

It's attention to detail here and saucers with your coffee is one of those. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location in the market square is great during a day of shopping. The tourist trap feel of the marketplace in general shouldn't divert from a visit to this landmark. The food is good and the hours are awesome.... More

If you want the best mexican food, go to Mi Tierra. It's the absolute best. Hands down, nothing compares. Make sure you go early because it does get packed but it is well worth the wait. Great atmosphere, staff is freindly, and the food is out of this world.

Really enjoyed having breakfast here… it is delicious.. Loved the coffee with a freshly baked sweet bread… then we went for dinner and drinks and really enjoyed having those margaritas.. So refreshing especially with the San Antonio heat

I love this place. It's nothing extremely fancy, but the atmosphere and the food are good. My son really doesn't like Mexican food, but he thoroughly enjoyed the chips and salsa and his chili con queso. My husband had the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. I tasted a bite and it was very good. I had George's dinner (taco, cheese... More
