Chester's has my absolute favorite hamburgers. My family and I usually go every Friday, and have for years. I will admit, they're not en pointe every single time, but the times we are disappointed are very few and far between. The previous reviewer must have visited on an off night. Chester's runs radio ads by local talk personalities proclaiming it "the best burgers EITHER side of the Pecos". Sorry, but that is misleading at best. After all the hype, we ate there recently and were very disappointed. The green chile cheeseburger had pretty good green chile and cheese, but below average burger.
