As always you can't go wrong with Rudy's BBQ. The only thing I found different was that they charged for the pickles, onions, & jalapeños when the local Rudy's all have that for free.

Rudy's is the place to eat BBQ in my opinion. Meat is done just right, delicious and moist. We had the chicken which was moist and seasoned perfectly, and we didn't feel the need for the tasty BBQ sauce. The turkey comes in slices, and is also tender and seasoned just right. Sausage was tender, easy to slice, and not greasy.... More

Great tasting food served in the traditional style of central Texas bar-b-q. Begin with sides and deserts and then be prepared to order your meat by the pound when requested. We ordered brisket, turkey and sausage on our last visit. The brisket and turkey were both moist and delicious. The sausage was good but I prefer a courser texture. The... More

What can I say I love Rudy's!! There brisket is great and their BBQ sauce is stocked in my fridge. Their cream corn has a unique flavor that I really enjoy and always take a pint home with us. I also enjoy their BBQ chicken which is so moist!! I know many ppl don't go for texas style BBQ but... More

I went against everything I believe in and decided to tried the "chopped" mixed meat today and regretted it. Kind of like a sloppy joe sandwich. So while it wasn't terrible, I know better than to not get the brisket at Rudys. On the plus side, my daughter loved the creamed corn and her sweet tea was good. I'll be... More

We have to have Rudy's Bar-B-Q the day we arrive at our daughters every time we visit. Beef brisket is melt in your mouth good, yummy and every word you can think of. Ribs, cream corn, potato salad are all good. But I could just have the beef brisket with the Bar-B-Q sauce on top and be more then happy.... More

My boss and I were working in Texas. He is from California and I am from Tennessee. We both have our own ideas about barbecue. The idea that your barbecue is served on butcher paper and sides were served in plastic containers was unique. My favorite was the ribs and cream style corn. They must have given us a loaf... More
