I had been begging my husband since we moved to San Antonio to take me here and he always found everywhere else to go! Finally, my sister-in-law was visiting grow Kansas and wanted Tex-Mex so we were able to convince him to go! This is by far the best Tex-Mex in San Antonio! Finally something other than Mi Tierra!

First time eating here. Family loved the food and I appreciated the service on ensuring they received the dish they wanted to try. - Had the Steak Fajitas, stuffed shrimp, and table made guacamole. - We had the privilege of trying four different salsas. - It is pricey but we thought it was worth it. Family enjoyed watching the fresh... More

My favorite restaurant in Houston. & here also! Chips ,always served warm. Red dip -love it, green dip -good too! Nachos are my favorite. They were excellent- orders so large I should have split it. Server was great. Others had quesadillas, fajita's, campfire shrimp/chicken & fish tacos. All liked their food. Fresh quac on everyone's meal & sr cream. So... More

We love Pappasitos and hadn't eaten at this one in decades! It was wonderful! The food was fresh and the fajitas for 1 could really have been split by 2 people. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and the waitstaff went above and beyond to help us celebrate!

I decided to leave the river walk area and drive to this restaurant to eat dinner. I went on a Wed night and the restaurant was packed. I was dining alone and found a seat quickly at the bar to eat dinner. As the bar was very busy, service was good. I decided to start with the ceviche and LOVED... More

Had dinner here last Saturday evening...the food was delicious. The food is pricey, however the portion size and taste is great! Highly recommend, even with kids! The adult beverages by the way looked amazing! I will have to go back next time and order one! :)

Arrived around 4 pm on Sunday-very busy but no wait for our party of 5. Food more expensive than the average Mexican restaurant, but the food is above average in quality and ingredients. Had the Jalisco fajitas and there was definitely enough for 2. The tortillas are made on the premises. Our server Edward was very solicitous and hard working.... More

Arrived at 6pm on a Wednesday and has only a 5 minute wait. Shrimp stuffed with crab was moist and flavorful. Fajitas were tender, the butter has a garlic taste and was good with the shrimp and fajitas. Tables are crammed near each other, so not much elbow space. It was difficult to even hear the other person at my... More

We drove around for quite a while looking for a place to eat, this was during Fiesta. The city was very busy between Fiesta & Spurs playoffs. Most places in Texas shut down by 10:00 pm. We stopped @ several places and we were told we close shortly. We got here about 9:45 pm, expecting the same answer! We were... More

I picked Pappasito's to celebrate my birthday while we were in San Antonio. We called about 4:30 because we had 10 people and they said they weren't taking any more reservations, but we could do call ahead seating 30 minutes before we planned to get there. When we called for our call ahead seating, they said it would be 2... More
