Upscale and Trendy, but hole-in-the-wall GOOD!

Very upscale atmosphere with quirky art, a crowded room, and a sleek modern design, but don't be fooled. This place serves up authentic Mexican food worthy of any hole in the wall. Excellent salsa and service followed by authentic delicious entrees not available in most so-called Mexican food... read more

A good friend invites his prayer group to meet at a restaurant periodically. They chose Rosario's on San Pedro this last week. We showed up on a Monday night and ate dinner in this gem of a restaurant. We had a most varied menu with some eating soups, some nachos, and several of us selected from their varied dinner plates.... More

Rosario's isn't your traditional Mexican restaurant. Their food is good, but a bit pricey. However, their Margaritas are fantastic!! This is a great place to meet friends for drinks!!

Oh, we were so happy to find this restaurant not far from the Riverwalk. From the chips and salsa to the tacos- everything is fresh and filled with brilliant favors. Well done, Rosario's! One other thing- it gets very busy there but they can handle a crowd! They have excellent service.

The place was nice, very family friendly. It has nice Mexican paintings on the walls. The service was ok, not great. The restroom was a little bit hard to find. The food and drinks were good, at a reasonable price.

Found this place from a food critic article while visiting San Antonio, TX and wanted to try a Tex-Mex restaurant. The critic ranked this place # 3 in San Antonio for Tex-Mex food. The food was good. The place has a modern chic feel. They have two locations and we tried the "Northside" location. Service was good overall but did... More

Great food , lots of choices on the menu. Great drinks on the adult beverage menu. My favorites are: chicken tortilla soup and Griselda's tacos. chips and salsa are probably the best in SA.

Friendly and helpful wait staff. Nice ambiance. Family friendly during lunch hours. Night time geared more for young hipsters. There's a bar area and even a live band playing later in the evening. Loved their free salsa dip and chips. Spicy and full of flavor! Food was better than some of the other Mexican restaurants we tried. Was also a... More

Rosario's is always great for consistently good food and efficient service. (Their chicken mole enchiladas are my favorite!) I love the hot pink accent decor of the North SA location.

Friends from Italy were visiting and wanted to try out the "So called Mexican Food" from here... Presentation is one thing but Taste is everything and the Final Vote! After a few drinks we were watching the different plates being served and studied their reaction of tasting the dinners... "Young Generation" impressing one another on the rich flavors being served...Young... More
