Worth the walk from the Riverwalk!

Huge place and that's a good thing, because it's very popular. We were staying on the Riverwalk, but we walked over to Rosario's to eat with a group of people. We were seated promptly even though we were a bunch. Service was excellent; Food was very good; Atmosphere was moderate to good. Yes, I... read more

This restaurant is walking distance from the convention center and very nice if you don't want to be surrounded by colleagues at lunch. We had a party of 8 that they easily accommodated. The queso was yummy. I had a salad with chicken that was quite good. Prices were extremely reasonable and service was good.

Although a bit of a walk from our hotel on the river walk, we loved the more authentic Mexican food at Rosario's! Delicious salsa, enchiladas, flautas, homemade tortillas, bread pudding, and a flavorful Tuna Margarita. Service was great, and we enjoyed the restaurant's style and location. Will be back for more good food next time we're in San Antonio!

This restaurant is in the top five that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and that includes visits to Rome, Florence, New York, Toronto... Without doubt the best Mexican cuisine we've ever had. We were in San Antonio for four days and ate there twice. Every dish exploded with unique flavors. We look forward to... More

We were looking for a fun place for lunch after visiting the museum and Rosario's was recommended by a friend. We had a terrific time and the drinks were fantastic. This was the best ceviche that I have ever tasted and believe me I have tried numerous in Cozumel.

You will see and know why this restaurant is rated #1 in SA. Great, fun ambiance with a wonderful drink menu, outstanding margaritas and margarita combos, and excellent food. Some of the best mole enchiladas in the state of Texas! My favorite. So is The Tuna (prickly pear) margarita.

The menu is more authentic Mexican food and not so much Tex-Mex. The flavors were good but the Spanish rice lacked something. Beans we're tasty. Entrées were pretty good. Margaritas we're good. It was a busy night so our server was hurrying to serve us and keep us happy. I will go again.

Everything on the menu is great. We loved the Shrimp Nacos. We tried several different entrees and everything was a big hit.

Rosario's was recommended by our hotel concierge and it did not disappoint. The prices are a little high but you must remember that you are in a touristy area. The chips and salsa were delicious. We also tried another bean/queso dip and it was so yummy. A few people at our table also tried the guacamole and enjoyed it as... More
