We were told this was the best Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. We were not disappointed. The salsa was unique and outstanding! It was also unlimited, we never had to ask for more chips and salsa, our waiter just keep our dish full. Our waiter, Luis, was great and very attentive. There were 4 of us and we each had... More

We want for an early dinner to Rosario's, and were pleasantly surprised... This was recommended from a couple of sources (hotel concierge and guide book), but haven't had great luck with the recommendations we got earlier in the trip for other places. Chips and salsa were at the table when we arrived. Good salsa, but not great. Lacked a deeper... More

This place has good food and good atmosphere. Located in King Williams area I think. This is in the downtown area also.

I always have one of their great soups. They have some of the best salsa in town, and trust me I've had alot of salsa in San Antonio. I've lived here for 54 years!

I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon and there was a decent crowd but not a wait. The place was very large. I'd read great reviews on the forums on TripAdvisor and wanted to see what all the hype was about. I really enjoyed the salsa even if it was not very strong. I liked that they provide... More

We heard enough plugs for this place from other travelers that we were willing to wait a while for a table. Very good food and drinks of all sorts, and a party on a weekend night. My michelada and ceviche were outstanding!

Rosario's was just packed both times we ate here during the past week. The food was OK, but a bit bland; the salsa they offered with the chips was almost tasteless for example. The noise from other tables reverberating off the walls made it difficult to have a conversation too. On the plus side, they did make an excellent margarita.... More

Rosario's was highly recommended by a young local woman. She was right. It was a great all-around experience. The young woman who greeted us at the restaurant was charming. The waiter was friendly and good at his job. The top shelf margarita was fantastic...and strong! My enchiladas had a wonderfully flavorful sauce. The beans were well -seasoned and delicious. The... First off they have one of the best salsas I have had. The really good stops there. The food is really average and there is really not much else that raises the bar.

We walked from the Menger Hotel. To see King Williams Historic District and came across Rosario's. We decided to stop on the way back for a late lunch. At 2:30 was still very busy, we were seated a nice window table. Service was friendly & helpful. The lunch specials served till 3:00 are good sized and very good. I enjoyed... More
