We ate at 3 Mexican restaurants while visiting San Antonio and while the food was good, Rosario's was my 3rd favorite. Just nothing extra special about it. Reminded me of a regular chain of restaurants. The margarita was very good. I ordered Cheese Enchiladas and I can't remember what my husband ordered. Very nice atmosphere, great for a party. No... We arrived and were walked through the entire place to the far side (past lots of empty tables) and given a table within sight and smell of the toilet facilities. Asked to be moved and the waiter said he'd have to ask the manager so I just left it! What's the point in this?? ANYWAY the food and cocktails were... More

On the advice of our hotel bartender, my wife and I decided to try them out for lunch. Allen our waiter was very helpful and attentive with the menu. He even explained how the owner makes all of the food from scratch every day. We both had the enchilada plate and it was fabulous. Even the rice and beans were... More

We visited Rosarios when a friend said they wanted to eat Mexican food during a short trip to San Antonio. We were staying downtown and the reviews for Rosarios made it look inviting. This place is exactly what we were looking for. The food is classic Tex-Mex made with good ingredients and excellent service. The hot sauce is roasted and... More

From the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent choices of Mexican food, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. We ate there on a Sunday evening and it was full of life - from graduation celebrations to couples out for a romantic evening. The food was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared - and the choices for dessert made it difficult to make... More

Good Mexican food and Margaritas!! We went with friends who frequent this place & suggested some of their favorites. I tried the Mole sauce for the first time and it was great! The only negative is the noise level. Difficult to hear any conversation, but I would eat here again. Stop by The Friendly Spot ice house close by for... More

I was able to eat gluten and dairy free at this restaurant and their sauces made it all taste fabulous! Reasonable prices and a lively atmosphere with really great food made us go back 3 times during our stay in San Antonio! I've never done that before but needed an easy safe place to eat before the airport so decided... More

My wife and I had dinner at Rosario's after a recommendation from a local artist. We were not really looking to have Mexican again after being in Texas for a week but decided after seeing the restaurant to give it a try. The food is good but nothing more than standard Mexican fare with a few different takes on some... More

Great family restaurant that cater for everyone who loves Mexican food. There's steaks, the usual taco, burrito, enchiladas and light pica pica meals. Don't forget to order a margarita to go with your meal or opt for the red Sangria which is delicious. Atmosphere is lively too!

Our favorite restaurant to take visitors. Great food and atmosphere. Expect a wait, but it's worth it!
