Outstanding Mexican food here! In the heart of downtown, and close to the famous riverwalk. We came here for dinner and had a few margaritas. Don't leave this place without having a one of their specialty margaritas!

We went here for lunch. Easy to find though parking can be a hassle. Once inside we were seated immediately and drink orders taken. On the table waiting was hot sauce and a bowl of tortilla chips. This was nice but the chips were not even warm. Drinks arrived promptly and food orders taken. My lady had a shrimp cocktail... More

We were in San Antonio for a conference and were getting tired of the tourist traps. We went off the beaten path and came across this gem! Without reservations, 10 of us were seated at a large round table. Our drinks were taken immediately. The extremely efficient waiter took our orders and brought all the food out promptly with little... More

We dined early for dinner, about 6:00 PM. There were three of us. We started with nachos and margaritas. All were very good. I ordered a chicken dinner with a green tomatillo based sauce. It was the Pollo a la Maria. It was a great combination and the flavors were robust and very tasty. The only problem was the chicken... More

I was recommended to Rosario's by Alfredo at the Omni la mansion del rio. I am so glad I went because it was amazing. I had the chicken chipotle which was fantastic. The atmosphere was excellent and will definitely return. Great authentic food and great service. Great drink menu as well!

They offer very good Mexican cuisine with combination of great drinks. The atmosphere is loud and lively and really recommend going on the first Friday of the month to also view all the activities going on. Be prepared to wait but the wait is well with it.

Very good food, decent service, a tad on the noisy side. Not your traditional Tex Mex. It has the lightness and freshness of Baja style. Homemade corn and flour tortilla's and the roasted poblano peppers in the salsa was a nice touch.

Stopped by today, for the first time, for lunch. We were served promptly and the food was good. So it you need to get in and out, it's going to be good for a quick meal. I had the puffy tacos, and the other guest ordered their cheese enchiladas. Everything came out hot, so we nibbled a little more of... More
