"Remember the Hard Rock!" While we've never been under siege like Davy Crockett and his men, we always strive to be memorable here in Texas. So why not lead the charge to our accommodating, three-story Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio? Situated along the city's famous Riverwalk area, we have three floors of patios where you can be on the lookout for the slow moving tourist boats below. Inside you'll find gourmet meals in hefty servings, so huge you can cut 'em with a Bowie knife, and our collection of rock 'n' roll memorabilia is big enough to fill a Spanish mission. So stop battling those hunger pangs and march on down to the Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio.

Good Food and Great Service

We had a large group on a Wednesday night and we only had to wait 15 minutes or so. They found us a big table upstairs. The server was very pleasant and attentive. He went to the extra effort to get a guitar shaped plate for one of the boys in our group who hadn't ordered off of the kids'... read more

This was my first visit ever to a Hard Rock Cafe and I can only say good things about it. Staff super friendly and prompt to help, restraunt ambiance was spectactular, delish food, huge bar. The price is average for Riverwalk area, burger was full of flavor.

Friendly staff, great service. Food was very good. We had a coupon for free souvenir at the gift shop. Place was very, very loud, but that was to be expected.

I admit - my daughters dragged me here. It's not my idea of a good time. I suppose if you're with a big group celebrating something it might be worthwhile, but not just for a meal. Seriously overpriced food that was average at best. The worst part was when the music downstairs started competing with the music upstairs. Even my... More

Locate on the River Walk-had never been to a Hard Riock and won't go again. Very long wait for food but since with friends it was OK. Food was very average at best. What's the big deal with Hard Rock??

First, the table we were seated at was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The drinks we ordered had very little alcohol for the price. The menu selection was extremely limited and the service was terrible. We ordered an appetizer, which they served and provided us with absolutely no utensils. The waitress walked away... More

If you like the hard rock concept this is average, best seats are on the riverwalk IMHO. Drinks were good did not try the food.

Visited for dinner one night. It felt as though it was there in name only and did not represent the brand as others do, for example at Universal Studios. There was a lack of memorabilia and glitz. The food was your average bar food. Nothing fancy but clean and sufficient. In my opinion there are many better venues along the... More

I like Hard Rock Cafe's because you know you will get bar food and after an evening of drinking, that hits the spot. I love looking at the rock memorabilia. The lights on the Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly items were off so you couldn't really see those items which was disappointing. The food was average, the service was better... More

Stopped in to get a t-shirt and had a beer and wings. They were great and enjoyed the rest. River walk is so awesome.
