Description: "Remember the Hard Rock!" While we've never been under siege like Davy Crockett and his men, we always strive to be memorable here in Texas. So why not lead the charge to our accommodating, three-story Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio? Situated along the city's famous Riverwalk area, we have three floors of patios where you can be on the lookout for the slow moving tourist boats below. Inside you'll find gourmet meals in hefty servings, so huge you can cut 'em with a Bowie knife, and our collection of rock 'n' roll memorabilia is big enough to fill a Spanish mission. So stop battling those hunger pangs and march on down to the Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio.

Even on a cold rainy night this place was busy! It is right on the Riverwalk but is also accessible from the street level. We chose to sit at the bar, but still had the full menu. The bartender/waitress was very accommodating and deviated from the stock menu to make creations that were appropriate for our taste and appetite. The... More

Sitting by the river enjoying good food and music. As usual, the walls are covered with memorabilia. If you enjoy the Hard Rock experience, you will not be disappointed.

I always try to dine at a HRC if one is in the city I am visiting. I enjoyed sitting outside by the river and watching the people go by. Food is always good and consistent at all the HRC I have been to. The pigeons (while there is nothing you can really do with them) providing much entertainment. Server... More

Did not have dinner here. I just stopped in for a souvenir. The wait staff helped me pick out a good one for a friend who collects from HRC.

On a family road trip to SA and our teens had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe. We typically try local non chain eats, so this was a culture experience...the liked the music and the service was very prompt. As with any location in a tourist spot it was overpriced for the food but gat is part of the... More

The food at the Hard Rock Cafe was good, but expensive for the portion sizes and quality of food, in my opinion. An appetizer of wings, a burger with a side salad, a Cobb salad, and a dinner plate with ribs/chicken was over $70, and that did not include drinks. The service was average. This was my first Hard Rock... More

This place doesn't deserve to be called hard rock restaurant in comparison to other hard rock's. Only reason the review has a star at all is because I can't leave a zero review and for the food, which was its only saving grace on this visit. The wait was long, which was expected; however after being on the list to... More

We have eaten at Hard Rock Cafes on many occasions. This time the food was not up to par and the service was worse.

At the river walk in San Antonio and looking for a restaurant and came across Hard Rock Cafe. Not too long a wait for a tasty cheese burger and fries. Our waiter was funny and polite. Great food and service.

OK, Hard Rock is Hard Rock gimmicky and touristy. We were looking for dinner Saturday night on the River Walk. Long waits everywhere. Hard Rock got us in fairly quickly and had items on the menu that pleased all in our party. Service was attentive, the food came quickly, was well prepared and hot. All together a good experience.
