I went here with my aunt. It was quite chilly in the restaurant, but I loved the layout! Nice wooden tables and a neat upstairs area. Our waitress was very attentive. The food came quickly and was good, although my meal was pretty salty. The next time I am in town, I will definitely try this restaurant again, perhaps with... More

This quaint restaurant is powerful is flavors and originality. The Cappys seafood gumbo is consistently delicious whether it is a cool day outside or a summer Sunday. I enjoy the salads and my family enjoys the appetizers and the specials of the day. This is place to come on a date, come with your family and enjoy the ambiance. The... More

I enjoyed a late lunch at Cappy's with my mom. Lenny was our server, and he was fabulous. Highly recommend you ask for him. The fried Brussels Sprouts are unbelievably good, as was everything else we ordered. We'll be back for sure!

Although this restaurant is a 15 minute drive from downtown, the drive was worth it. The food was absolutely delicious. The scallops were extra large, reasonably priced. You can't pick a bad dish. The maitre'do was cordial and accommodating on a very busy night. Our server, Heather was very attentive.

Went for a group dinner. Menu ok,,,food ok,,,,service was exceptional. It sets back off the Main Street, fairly quiet restaurant. Nice experience.

My fiancé & I enjoyed a nice valentine's dinner here. The service was amazing & we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. They were giving everyone a free dessert which topped off the very delicious prime rib & lamb we order. I'd recommend to everyone.

I liked that it was not "Tex Mex" but you were clearly in San Antonio and dining with the locals. Good meal, a bit pricey but worth it.

Found Cappy's on TA and it was close to where we were. We entered the restaurant and was greeted by the hostess and we requested a table for two. The restaurant had a lot of empty tables but we waited for awhile before we were escorted to one of them. We sat for ten minutes or so before a waitress... More
