I've tried so many items on the menu and they are always great. They do wonderful things with seafood. Today's special was pistachio crusted soft shell crab. Yum! Wine is a little pricey for anything but house. It can get pretty loud inside when full. No noise baffles, just wood floors and brick walls. I love the changing art exhibits... More

Our family had Sunday lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The chicken dish is amazing, fried shrimp was wonderful and one of the best burgers in town. Love the old town atmosphere in this place, very classic and well done. Portions are a very nice size.

We were having a perfect spring day, so we headed for the patio at Cappy's. Beautiful, with sunlight filtering through large oak trees. The only downside to the ambiance is the rather loud outdoor fans (although they do keep the bugs away). The service was excellent. We really liked our waitress, Lorena (ask to be seated in her section). She... More

I had the haddock and was very pleased as it was a nice thick piece with some kind of little crunchy stuff on top. loved it. served on a bed... More

The food is nice here, though quite high in cost for a lunchtime menu. I would say it is very pleasant dining.......but was personally rather disappointed that we made reservations for lunch a few days ahead, and yet we could not sit outdoors, and rather, were given a table near the serving station & exit!! Also, we were given a... More

Knowing that I will be reviewing a restaurant, I am always relieved when it so clearly deserves five stars. No further decision to make. Here, the food was superb and absolutely deserves five stars. Alas, the service let us down. In fact, towards the end of the meal, when things got busy in the restaurant, service totally disappeared. For me... More

We went for a brunch on Easter Sunday. This restaurant does not have the usual pretention that you experience on this side of town. It was upscale, yet relaxed. Now to the food, although it's a bit on the pricey side but I feel like it was worth it. We had some classic dishes (Eggs Benedict and Ranchhand dish)and both... More
