Great margarita

Great margaritas! This was an excellent place for a drink, the bartender was so nice and friendly! He recommended lots of great things to do and places to see. Definitely worth s trip just to sit and relax a little.

Well just landed here and needed food and drink. I was absolutely pleased with the outstanding lunch special for 12.95 pork loin and the local IPA from Fredericksburg. The bartender, Ms. Amanda is please and told us about the city. Everyone should stop by and say hello to Amanda, a hard worker and fun loving spirit.

Went here and was pleasantly surprised! Calamari and chips with guacamole were cooked well and very tasty. Her Street Tacos were tasty if not a bit dry on the meat. My pretzel bun French Dip was also very tasty with a sweet onion a jus. I would say my one complaint is the outdoor seats are not too comfy, but... More

We had a family reunion in San Antonio and wanted to eat on the Riverwalk one night. We called ahead, as we had a large party of 20+ people. They were ready for us but only assigned one server to us. He did a wonderful job, was professional, courteous, accommodating and composed especially considering the size of our party. The... More

Atmosphere: comfortable chairs, zen like dining room with available tables on the riverwalk patio. Drinks: Horrible cheap tequila margarita tasted like a glass of awfulness. Food: average at best, nothing special...not offensive or impressive. For appetiser sweet had the nachos and the quesadillas...just hum drum run of the mill get it anywhere type food....except the guacamole..which we all agree probably... More

Drinks and food were good. Service was fast, but the prices were higher than I would have expected. Nice place to eat on the river.

While attending the Curriculum Conference in San Antonio I was afforded the exceptional opportunity to dine at the River's Edge Cafe each morning for breakfast. I was greeted each day with a polite smile and good morning by Michelle, not always the case at 6:30 am for a complimentary buffet. To make my mornings start off with a smile is... More

The nachos are huge so share. Decent wine list. Really bad piano bar next door! But high entertainment value sitting along the river watching the boats ram into each other and the drunks and strollers come close to falling in.

I had the grilled cheese with pork belly and garlic fries. It was out of this world. The wait staff were also very attentive and friendly.

Very good place for breakfast right on the Riverwalk. Sit so you can watch what is going on. Unique dish is the pumpkin pancakes. Try them.
