Ate here on Father's Day after a terrible brunch experience across the way. Since that food was inedible we were hungry. Everything was outstanding from the service to the food. This was our favorite restaurant. The bread and oil were excellent. The main entrees were fantastic. I loved the ravioli. We ended up eating there twice, not counting the times we showed up after eating other places for Paesanos dessert. more

We were here on a busy Saturday night and fortunately was able to get in with out a reservation. The service was a bit slow. The drinks good. 2 of the 3 meals were excellent. Our first trip to San Antonio. We had BBQ and Tex Mex on our mind. Our third night there, after BBQ and Tex Mex, we had Paesano's. This had to be our favorite meal. Great food, service, and ambiance. The must-have dish is the Shrimp Paesano, which will melt in your mouth. This is my favorite spot for Italian food in San Antonio and also a perfect spot for a romantic meal out. If you're in San Antonio, you must try Paesano's for a truly, unique experience. more
