Not the best sushi I've had, but it was pretty good for the price. It's casual, and close to the river walk.

My party of 3 had dinner here last week. It was by far the worst Japanese restaurant any of us have ever eaten at. Service was poor, the food was barely edible. A few particulars: 1. I ordered a beer. The waiter said he'd bring it right away. After 10 minutes with no beer in sight, I had to remind... More

people raved about this place, so we thought we would give it a try. I have had much better and not sure anything was fresh even though we were assured it was service was slow

Good quality sushi and sashimi at reasonable prices. Great unique cocktails, dragon roll, tofu, miso soup, and mushroom appetizer. Wait staff is friendly, casual, and knowledgeable. Close to River walk which is an added bonus.

this sushi is just plain delicious! we had the toreado roll, the monterrey roll and the las vegas roll, as an appetizer we had the gyoza and the kani sunomono. Everything was delicious, but the toreado was our fave with las vegas on a very close second. we have had sushi in other places but this has been our fave... More

We had the pleasure of dining here twice during our stay in Downtown San Antonio. We were glad we came here for sushi. You can see your food as it is being prepared. All the seafood appeared fresh with good color. The service was excellent both times. The first time that we dined, there was five of us and the... More

Since it was located opposite my Hotel I decided to try it out. The waiter was fast, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Didn't have a long wait for food or drinks. I liked that it had options for cooked foods.

A sushi restaurant without a single Japanese server or sushi chef; the decor wasn't even Japanese. They claim to have a 'modern take' on sushi and use things like carrots and bean sprouts instead of rice (in some, not all, of their roles). I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to my sushi, so this modern take was... More

This is one of the better Japanese restaurants in San Antonio. Love the sushi and rice bowls. My husband loved the hot sake that went well with the sushi.

I enjoyed very much the selection of fish they offer the size of each piece is Texas size but fresh and good. If one loves it it's the place to eat it
