What a great find!

This high calibre Mexican restaurant does not specialize in the standard Tex-Mex. Go here when you want truly handcrafted dishes that will make your mouth water. The owner has a golden touch when it comes to wonderful food.

I dined at Ernesto's with my mother and two siblings. Upon entering the restaurant, it is very likely that you'll be greeted by Ernesto himself. The restaurant is family-owned and operated and Ernesto and his sons take great pride in what they do. I've never felt so immediately welcomed upon entering a place. The food is an inventive take on... More

Food was not good at all. No flavor, tasted old. No traditional Mexican food. No fajitas. No salsa only a green tomatillo sauce. Very small plate of stale chips.

Came here based on reviews. Was not good at all. When we got there it was dead. . .no one was there. Took the owners son who was the only waiter forever to give us the menu. . .ordered enchiladas had french fries in it, very weird and over priced. Tortillas from grocery store. Do not go here.

What a great twist to 4th of July. Wonderful group in family owned business-3 gens of competent, capable staff. European Haute Cuisine meets Monterrey Mexico authentic dishes.A wonderful escargot and mushroom dish that melts in your mouth, with red snapper filled with crab. Highly recommend melt-in-you-mouth-don't-even-need-a-knife to cut beef tenderloin served with green chile chicken enchilada with hand made tortilla. Desert... More

The location does not promote confidence that you are in for a treat. If you look past the shopping center the inside is better. It is not a lot better but an improvement. Ernesto's has Been here for at least thirty years that I have been going and the quality has never wavered. The main draw is the seafood and... More

This gem is one that is off the beaten path in a small strip mall. Based off of the reviews, I tried it out while staying at the Marriott nearby. They started by bringing out French bread and chips and aN award winning green sauce. I tried both ceviche's for an appetizer which were wonderful. I had the Snapper with... More

Everything about this dining experience was fantastic. We took our extended family of eight to this restaurant for lunch yesterday after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. Oh my goodness... we were not disappointed. Our experience began with Ernesto greeting us at the front door, immediately seating us and then personally explaining every item on the menu. His passion for food... More

A cozy space in a strip mall belies what's inside. We were greeted first by Ernesto's son and then by Ernesto himself, who, with a little coaxing told us his life story. In a nutshell, he learned French cuisine in some good venues then decided to apply his skills to Mexican cuisine. No burritos or tacos here. We both had grilled... More

Service like no other. So impressed. You don't see this service anymore. Nice quiet setting. Nostalgic ambiance. Very attentive family staff. Food was superb. Moist. Favorable. Fullfilling. Prices were compatible to other fine dining Mexican restaurants visited. A family owned and run business of top notch generation
