Nice cozy restaurant.

My family picked the restaurant while doing the river cruise. It was a great pick. My husband and my 2 adult children had steaks which they said was really good. We enjoyed our dinner and had a great time. Giving it an A for the ambiance, the food, the location and our server was really attentive... read more

This restaurant was recommended by a local for a good steak on the Riverwalk. It did not disappoint. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection and so tender I could have cut it with a fork. The augratin potatoes were a nice change from a baked potato--creamy and rich. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was tasty. Loved it!!

This was absolutely the finest steak I have EVER been served. We had nice outdoor seats overlooking the River Walk, and away from the street. Very, very nice.

First time at the Little Rhein. Was in for dinner 8/25, love the atmosphere. We ate inside, little hot for outside still. The service could not have been better. The steak was "fine" but nothing special. My expectations are high for a $48 rib eye, this one was below average. Over priced comes to mind, did enjoy the sides, mushrooms... More

If you want to splurge while in San Antonio, this is the place to do it. Everthing about this place is wonderful. We had a great meal. I had a filet mignon and asparagus. My husband had a filet mignon, asparagus, potatoes au gratin and a dinner salad. It is a beautiful restaurant near the Riverwalk. I highly recommend it.

Excellent steaks, seafood, everyone at our table had a wonderful meal. Escargot was especially delicious. Very consistent, we visited the first time in 2011 and again in June of 2015 - no difference, same fine quality and excellent service.

Food was okay, not great. I initially called to place an order because Google listed their open hours as 8am-10pm (actually not open until 5 p.m.). The staff that answered the phone treated me like I was an idiot for thinking they were open.

The food was definitely good, desserts not so good! Our server was rude in the beginning to my little girl...he grabbed a wine glass out of her hand. To me, he should have at least said something before yanking it out. So, I said something and the rest of the night all he did was try to make up for... More

As good this time as the first time. Joseph took great care to make it a special and memorable evening. Steak was perfect and the wedge salad continues to be good. Finishing with the creme brulee was the perfect ending.

We decided to try the Little Rhein Steakhouse last night for our anniversary. Our server Lawrence was very friendly and attentive. The crab stuffed avacado appertizer and spinach bacon salads were good. Our ribeye and filets were extremely tender, nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. We ended a meal with a lovely pudding dessert, nice decorated for our celebration. Decor... More
