Stopped in for lunch at this great restaurant. Fortunately it was still early enough that we didn't require a reservation. But it filled up quickly. I had the pineapple shrimp. My date had the sirloin cut. All I can say is WOW...One of the best meals I've had in a long time. My date agreed. We finished off lunch with... More

Great location on the Riverwalk. Outside and inside tables. Important to make a reservation, specify location. Food is excellent overall. Don't miss the guacamole prepared at your table as an appetizer even if you think you don't like guacamole. Service is impeccable. Ask for recommendations if unsure. A long-time highlight of the Riverwalk.

Really good restaurant, we went 2 times. You need to try the guacamole, the best ever taste. Service was very good too. The kids meal was also the best of our trip, nothing was fried for the first time.

We took some friends from Canada on Boudro's dinner cruise on the river. The food was great, the wait staff was wonderful and the Captain of the barge was very informative about the history of the Riverwalk. Our friends from the north said it was one of the highlights of their trip and it is so relaxing to just gingerly... More

We stopped here for a quick drink and dessert for the kids. My wife ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita. The 'rita was a lackluster, unimaginative frozen margarita with not much flavor. It seemed as if they added some tequila to a pear tasting frozen slurry. I ordered their version of a long island iced tea, however, it never made it... More

First of all, all the restaurants in this area are busy so expect a wait especially on weekends. Make reservations. The food is delicious! Table side guacamole is wonderful and is a must. Very flavorful. We enjoyed everything we ordered. It's expensive but worth it. Only downside is that the tables are small so everything was so cramped together on... More

Whenever we stay on the Riverwalk in San Antonio we always make reservations at Boudro's. The food is good (not excellent, but you won't find great food on the Riverwalk). Saying that we have never had a bad meal there. I just love sitting outside with the best margarita, "The Prickly Pear" margarita. It it the best margarita I have... More

This was my first time at Boudro's and I was with 7 others on a business dinner. First off, the atmosphere is great. We all had different meals but I had the Duck & Sausage Gumbo for a starter and followed up with a very nice Ribeye Steak. The food was fantastic as all of us agreed and the service,... More

When I visit Texas friends, we head right for the airport to Boudro's for my prickly pear margarita and guacamole fix. Sit outside if the weather is pleasant. Order your guacamole mild --not even medium -- unless you like it really spicy! But the pp margaritas are tops, and they'll even share the recipe. Service can be spotty, but be... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the Riverwalk. They have the best prickly pear margaritas ever. Make sure you order the guacamole. It is made to order at your table and such a great presentation. The taste is amazing. Overall the food is great. I have never had a bad meal there yet..
