Great Food, Great Service!

We decided to eat at Boudro's on Friday in the late afternoon and we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Christina, was charming and more importantly very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. We started with Prickly Pear Margaritas which were out of this world. I knew going in that I wanted... read more

We were crammed in a back corner despite having reservations. Tying to impress my son's friend visiting from New Jersey - he wasn't. The service was lacking. The steaks saved the visit and review. We will think twice before returning. And the bill - whoa, hoss!

The place was jamming the night we dropped by without a reservation (walk-up). Wait was over an hour. We decided to hang and hope for the best. Lucked out! Glad too! The table side quacomole and fresh chips are THE BEST. The marg's are superior. Coming from a coastal state where great saltwater fish can be had, I was reluctant... More

My first time to order this dish. It was awesome!!! The blending of tastes and flavor were definitely very tasty, delicious and it lingers in my mouth! I really enjoyed this dish and would love to reorder next time. We were seated outside the restaurant along the riverside. I was personally entertained by the playful activities of the ducks closed... More

On a Monday night we had a 30 minute wait, so consider a reservation. Laz was a great waiter. Table side guacamole great but I wish we had asked him to put more spice in it. Shrimp cocktail delicious very unique presentation, made with mayonnaise so if your allergic ask them to make it without (we had to send it... More

The food was fantastic. Everyone in the area does table side guacamole, but theirs stood out. We asked our server, and he told us the smokiness came from their freshly smoked tomatoes. The taste was different and great! The mixed drinks & wine list were also wonderful.

Just stopped in to have a prickly pear margarita and a regular margarita. They use a chili pepper combination around the rim. Different.

Hubby & I ate here at the end of a 4 night stay on the River Walk. It truly was the best food & dining experience we had (and we even ate at Fogo de Chao). Raul, our server, was excellent, polite & very attentive! The table side guacamole for two was so tasty & made right at your table.... More

They claim it to be and it is--Guacamole Perfection. I had the tableside guacamole for two (even though there was only one of me) and the duck egg rolls. Both were excellent. The service was friendly but the egg rolls seemed to take forever to arrive. This is a must do when you come to San Antonio.
