We had dinner at this place on the Riverwalk. The food and service were first class. The decor and ambience were romantic. Overall it was a very good experience.

This! Was! Wonderful! Everything was fantastic- excellent flavors, wonderful service, very relaxing. Some of the best tasting dishes I've had. It's worth every penny. Try the duck, the black pepper and berry ice cream, or the spiced olives.

This was, without question, the best meal that I and my girlfriend have ever eaten. The Chateaubriand for two was absolutely to die for and the heirloom tomato salad was phenomenally surprising. The have an extensive wine list and the service was impeccable. Probably the best restaurant in all of San Antonio.

Checked on Yelp for a good brunch place and this restaurant looked like a winner. Ordered an omelet that was quite conservative in size, not a whole lot of the fixings I requested, in fact, I added eggs from the buffet because of that. If I had known that brunch was $45pp I would (1) never have eaten there or... More

After walking the river, decided to stop off and eat; Didnt intend on stopping here, but did anyway, and not at all disappointed! The service is A+, the tables are well spaced, and the service was perfect. Food was great!

We were in San Antonio for a weekend gateaway and came across La Canarias Restaurant for Sunday Brunch. Hector, our server, was fantastic! Our Mimosas were never empty, and the food was amazing. Our table was outside by the river and had an amazing view of the riverwalk. Perfect Sunday!

My wife and I enjoyed brunch at the Las Canarias while on vacation from VT. Nice selection of food, fruits, pastries, meats and outstanding "cook to order" omelets. Loved the desserts! Our server, Hector, was spot on, with very good service and friendly suggestions on where to buy cowboy boots, and places to visit. This is the best brunch that... More

We were staying at Mokara (across the way), which is a sister Omni Hotel. We actually preferred the atmosphere of Las Canarias for breakfast. Old world elegance and San Antonio charm all rolled up as one. Anita was wonderful! (Don't be misled by her name -- she is from Romania and is an intern along with Razvan across the street... More
