I was at Bill Miller BBQ store # 22 per the hostess on Cesar Chavez blvd and left my plate. There was not one thing on the plate fit to eat. The meat was fatty, the beans were in muddy water, potato salad had no taste and was old and hard, close slaw had so much vinegar in it was terrible. I... More

We stopped here for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Place was pretty much dead. I got a BBQ chicken salad that was pretty basic. Hate that it was pre-made and all she did was throw some greasy chicken on top. Would def get something else if I were to ever go again. BF got brisket and chicken with green beans and... More

Bill Miller BBQ serves up fast, filling meals that are easy on the pocketbook. Food is served cafeteria style, so we went through the line and bellied up to brisket, fries, green beans and a big slice of apple pie. Yum! Food was delicious, service was super-quick and the tables were packed at this casual spot.

Dropped by for a quick lunch. Food is served cafeteria style so you can see what they offer. All the sandwitches were good as were the ribs. I especially enjoyed the brisket which was cooked perfectly. My lunch with a beverage was $6.87.

There were several cars in the lot, so we did the drive thru. We ordered the brisket plate, the food was served on one tray, which meant the sauce ran into the green beans. The slaw was okay but I prefer mine cold. The hash browns were good. There was appox five slices of brisket. The top two were good,... More

Being in Texas, we thought we'd try this fast-food place instead of one of the other nearby national chains on our day visiting the San Antonio MIssions NHP. This was, by far, one of the worst meals we have ever had. I had a bbq chicken sandwich on a soggy white bun, with a side of fries that were greasy... More

Bill Miller's concentrates on take-out service with so-so BBQ meats and good quality small selection of sides. If you expect table service, hot food and a cold beer -- you will not get any of these at Bill Miller's. The brisket and ribs were good quality meat, but the smoking process was poor, thus not a good result. If you... More

I am from KC so I know a little bit about BBQ. This was by far the worst bbq I've ever had, and to add insult we could see into the kitchen and they handled our food w/bare hands. The bbq was saltly, the fries were greasey and the beans tasted like they were poured out of a can of refried... More

I love smoked meats and I thought the food at Bill Miller's was tasteless, lacking smoke and the meats were dry. I had their Rodeo platter (3 meats and 3 sides) and I chose the ribs, brisket and sausage. So to be fair, the sausage was actually very good, however the ribs were dry and tasteless and the brisket lacked... More
