The staff here is always friendly even though they have worked many hours. Food is hot and place is clean. I got 1 dirty glass from a young wait staff lady and we quietly but politely fussed about it. Her manager overheard it and took the table. Never had any problems otherwise always good. Addicted to the Cinnabon spice pancakes.

We were a party of 8, four adults and four children. After waiting 15 minutes to be seated, they put our party into two separate booths, instead of sitting us at the opening tables that could have been pushed together. Instead they put a family of four at the table and left the other table open. It took 10 minutes... More

We chose this restaurant on a Friday evening during Lent because it offered meatless choices for my husband and I and has always been a great favorite of our kids. We arrived at about 7 pm and had a short wait, although the restaurant wasn't full. The wait staff was friendly, however, the meal took an extraordinarily long time, our... More

It was early around 9 am and the bathrooms werediry and NO toilet paper. We found hair in 2 different food items that were brought to the table. The manager did take the... More

IHOP is in the family style dining category among others like Denny's, Shoney's, and Carl Perkin's and Golden Corral. Fast food places like McDonald's or Burger King are beginning to offer BIG breakfasts for around $6 but it is still fast food. Family style dining for breakfast can range from $4-$14. Above this are places like Cracker Barrel and other... More

Went late at night with a group of friends for something to eat after a movie. Our group of 8 included an infant, a 12 year old and my 9 year old daughter. The night in question the restaurant was marginally busy, maybe 4 other groups of people seated. You know that feeling of foreboding you get, when you get... More
