Worth it

Second time visiting and have no regrets.we are from Trinidad &Tobago. The food was wonderful and in my opinion,it was worth every cent spent.

Found this place on google by searching what was in the area. Seemed like a local favorite and it was one of our favorites as well. We ordered a 14 oz griddle NY steak and a single cut "loaded" beef rib which were both finger lickin' good! We ordered sweet potato fires and Brussel sprouts cooked in bacon grease. The... More

First off I would like to comment on the atmosphere. As you enter the restaurant you are greeted by the sweet smell of smoke coming from the bar-b-que pits. The kitchen is wide open for everyone to see and you pass by it as you walk into the dining area. Part of this building appears to have been an old... More

This place was ok. I don't know that I would come running back. The food was decent and fresh. But I'm from Wisconsin so the steaks are better back home. But if you staying near by and want a good Margarita this is your place!!

We found this great Mexican Cantina by chance while driving to a grocery store while on vacation. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot and the outside of the building looked like it was a fun place to try. We thought from lookingat the parking lot that there might be a long wait but the restaurant is quite... More

The best thing was the El Jeffe Margarita for sure. The decor and environment was pleasant and fun. The food was disappointing. My brisket was tough and cold. The burger was terrible, the beef rib was just ok. The chopped steak won my FIL's approval and The mac n cheese was pretty good. The service was nice and polite, but... More

We immediately got a seat on the patio without reservations on a Saturday night. Score. What a beautiful spot, variety of people & Big John playing guitar, a nice surprise! Started w the house special margarita, the El Jefe...& was already in tequila heaven. Started with Oaxaca w tortillas - decent. Ck had the Plato Cabellero w brisket & pork,... More

The setting for this restaurant is exceptional. Part of it is located in a very old stone building with thick rough walls, one side of which has been removed in favor of a row of garage doors to open during good weather (most of the time here in San Antonio). Then, there is a modern addition for the bar and... More

I really enjoy every visit here and I look forward to my next one. I had the chicken w/ butter sauce and chorizo tonight. It was amazing! My friend had the loaded beef ribs and those were to die for. They have a great outdoor patio w/ music on weekends. They do a stellar job on the uniqueness of their... More

Two Step has, in my book, become one of those restaurants that you use to love because the food and drinks were amazing and even though it was on the pricy side it was well worth it, to a not so good, way too pricey for what you get. I would visit Two Step at least a few times a... More
