Tried a new place on Sunday. With the warm sunshine beating down in San Antonio, and being it's a Sunday, anted to quench my thirst and get a good home cooked meal. My wife and I were lured to Two Step restaurant and cantina by them having won the best margarita 2014 in San Antonio. We went for the El... More

This is a great restaurant! The food is delicious and varied. They do have tacos and great BBQ but they also have other items on the menu that are just wonderful. I had the special which was a parmasean chicken wrapped around spinach with cheese. It was wonderful. They also offer an all veggie plate that my friend ordered. It... More

I don't know how this restaurant has good reviews, the food we were served was bad, not restaurant quality at all. I try to be as fair as possible in my reviews but I just can't say anything good about the food. This review is based on only one visit on a Wednesday afternoon around 2.30pm, so to be fair... More

Friendly staff with good green chili chicken soup (but not as good as HEB's version). I love borracho beans and had to try their "award winning" recipe, but was disappointed. This item was so salty that I couldn't finish it, so I have to agree with another reviewer that indicated they had a very heavy hand when it comes to... More

Heard mixed reviews about this place. Things started off well with some of the best and most spicy salsa I’ve had. I ordered the double cut loaded beef ribs (I was told the best thing on the menu) with Mac & cheese. They were cooked to perfection but overly salted to the point that not even the small amount of... This restaurant has great ambience; situated in a very unique building. Has a great patio for dining. The drinks are actually strong at this restaurant, almost too strong for this "non-light weight". But the food is the treasure...I have been twice and have not been disappointed by anything. From the appetizers to the desserts all is amazing!

This restaurant was recommended by our concierge at the Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch. We don't usually try those that come with a free appetizer but Lordie, it was soooo good-we went back three days in a row and can't wait to return again. The property and owners have an interesting history and the decor reflects this but the food was... More

This place was recommmended by the Concierge at our resort and we're so glad they did. the porportions were generous, the food was excellent, our waiter was well-informed about the menu, was very pleasant, but not over-bearing. The place has a great Texas atmosphere. family of 4... More

Our waiter who was friendly really pushed the BBQ esp the Loaded Beef Ribs so we ordered them along with the Lean Brisket. Both were fatty and the brisket was tough. Our sides were also disappointing. The Brussel Sprouts were undercooked and bland and the Beans were cold and had very few beans and mostly liquid with chunks of pork... More

I had received excellent recommendations on this restaurant; however, it was lacking in several areas. The initial impression was excellent and that's where it ended. Service was considerably slow and the pork ribs were less than appetizing. So this was our first and last visit to this restaurant. The service really seems to focus more around their alcoholic beverages, which... More
