New Italian Bistro

Open for lunch & dinner, 7 days a week, this delightful new (& totally remodeled) Italian bistro replaces a number of failed Asian restaurants. Owned by the chef & his wife, the space appears much larger and includes patio dining. The menu is simple--antipasti, salads, paninis, & pizza. Beer... read more

Went there today for lunch. Ate baby shrimp and linguine. Large portion and modestly priced at $8.00. Also had a delicious almond cake, large slice....a little pricey at $8.00 but able to get 2 servings out of it. Enough food was served to take home for dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow. Waiter was nice and efficient.

My son's family lives close by and I was in San An overnight to visit my grandson and watch his basketball team. The practice ran over & their attempt to give me a surprise birthday dinner at Rossini's was in doubt, until we checked the menu on line and ordered by phone hoping to still have a nice meal even... Stopped by the restaurant last night (Saturday) and were hoping for a nice Italian meal. We were informed by the waiter that they were out of osso bucco which was no problem because neither of us want it. My wife ordered a veal dish and I ordered a linguine dish. After placing out orders the waiter returned to inform me... More

My favorite dish of all time is Osso Bucco & it just happened to be the nights featured special! My hubby had the lamb. We started with the radicchio salad with Gorgonzola & walnuts & then the scallops for our 2nd starter was also delicious. Our server, Adriano, picked our desserts- incredible! The beautiful night, the wine, the food -... More

My wife and I accidentally discovered this neighborhood gem when we were looking for a different restaurant in the same neighborhood. We have been so impressed with the chef, the food and the service that we have been back probably 10 times in the past three months. Although they don't take reservations, if you get there around 6pm you will... More

An experienced and talented chef preparing authentic Italian cuisine await you, along with a great wait staff. The menu is limited and changes weekly, but after a dozen visits I have had uniformly excellent dining at this small trattoria. Very upscale interior but limited seating. And the pricing makes this the best deal I town. Well curated wine list featuring... More

I just returned from a wonderful lunch at Rossini's Italian Bistro. I have eaten there before and have always enjoyed it. The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful. Two of my friends had the flounder and reported that it was excellent. One had the tilapia and said it was also excellent. I had the farfalle and spinach which... More

We dined at this Castle Hills strip-mall restaurant with two other couples on a Saturday evening in mid-July, at our friends' recommendation. We had advanced reservations for dinner as they only have a dozen tables. The restaurant temperate was extremely warm, as though their AC unit was not functioning properly and all of us were very uncomfortable throughout our dinner.... More
