Susan brought me here to celebrate my birthday, and did we ever celebrate. Everything was superb, from the service to the ambience to the salad area to the skewered meats to the whirling wine angel. It was just good enough to earn one of my almost-never five-star ratings ... with a couple of caveats: (1) Don't bring your younger kids... More

Because my wife is Brazilian, we try to eat at Brazilian restaurants whenever we can. We ate at Texas de Brazil on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was one of the few open for the flock of tourists in San Antonio that night. The atmosphere is the same as other Texas de Brazil locations. The restaurant is upscale and comfortable. The... More

First time visitor. The food was great, from the "salad" bar, that had much more than salad, to the flavor of the meat. The meat servers walk around non-stop offering meat if you want it, and you have a disc on your table to flip over (everyone has their own), and this says for the meat servers to stop or... More

I'm still stuffed! The salad bar was out of this world and really good and foods were fresh. Then there were the meats that just kept coming and coming! Even one of beef haters in our group took one for the team and agreed to eat here and found herself loving the filet mignon. (We did cringe when she ordered... More

Very nice atmosphere. i have been to a few of these establishments but have never seen the girl in the wine cellar doing acrobats. The meat was non stop and was amazing. Any type of cut you can think of and anyway you like it! Dessert was bomb!

Went here before seeing the Lion King (which is great) at the Majestic. I would rate this place as average overall for what it is. The salad bar was not as nice as Chama, the server wasn't polished as much as the servers that I have experienced at other high end, high cost restaurants and, out of loads of meats,... More

Salad/vegetable/side dish bar - very good selection, very good quality. Wines - nothing from Portugal - slight disappointment - but good choice from Chile. Caipirinha - very tasty. Meats - phenomenal - VERY tasty, VERY tender beef options. Chicken - tasty, not dry. Sausage - very tasty. Service - very good. Comparison to Fogo de Chao - tough choice. Ambience... More

If you've never been to a Brazilian style steak house, this is one to try in the San Antonio area! The food is pricey but definitely worth it. Dinner includes an excellent salad bar. The "meat" is brought to the table and includes several kinds of steaks as well as lamb, chicken etc. hold out for the filet mignon. It's... More
