The food was great but I was even more impressed with the atmosphere and especially our service. Our waiter, Ron, was friendly and there for us without being overbearing and gave wonderful recommendations on the food. It has a very relaxing atmosphere compared to most restaurants on the riverwalk. Will definitely be back!

We had read reviews of Zocca and thought it might be over-rated. It isn't. The service, the ambiance, the food are all superb. We dined at Zocca on Sunday evening, Sept. 23. We were seated promptly, and our waiter Joshua proceeded to give some of the best service we have ever enjoyed. The pre-dinner glass of Pinot Grigio was chilled... More

We enjoyed an evening at Zocca. The staff was attentive to our needs and really made us feel right at home...Mind you we were dining with our two boys, ages 1 and 2. Did not get the experience that other reviewers received. I am happy that they had my favorite wine on the menu. Sat outside very nice. Quiet and away from the central part of the river walk. Food was ok.

We had an excellent meal here in August when we visited San Antonio. Whilst Zocca is on the main drag of the Riverwalk it is certainly away from the hustle and bustle and as a result is a much quieter and relaxed place to eat than others we have tried. Our waiter Raul (I think that was his name) was... More

Food was great and Raul made the experience worth the trip from Alaska. I am not a vegetable kind of guy and even with all my modifications to my meal there wasn't a single issue. Best dining experience I have had in a long time. Thanks.

We spoke to a manager earlier in the day who said "absolutely, we would love to accommodate you!" We came by an hour early to confirm numbers and where we would like to sit and were assured that every would be ready. Nothing was ready. Mad scramble to put together tables and then they put benches at the table! We... More

What a delight! We had the stuffed artichokes for an appetizer - fantastic and not so much that you felt stuffed before your meal. I had the whitefish and I have to say it was out of this world. Ate dinner at Zocca after having read all the reviews and was not disappointed. The brick Pizzeta was awesome. My husband had the special (crabmeat and pasta) and LOVED it. I had the chicken pomodoro, which was excellent. Dessert was just the right size. I tried the chocolate raspberry dessert, hubby had the peach pound cake. Both were outstanding. Service... More
