Description: Zocca offers contemporary Italian cuisine, fine wine, and cocktails at one of the most scenic spots on San Antonio’s renowned Riverwalk, where towering cypress trees shade the restaurant’s riverside patio. Zocca’s casually elegant interior of burnished copper, rich wood, and handsome onyx panels creates a relaxed, welcoming ambiance. The culinary artists in Zocca’s kitchen bring a contemporary spin to traditional Old World flavors, focusing on locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients to create delectable and memorable dishes. Zocca’s private dining options can accommodate from 10 guests to 100, in an al fresco patio setting to the convivial Chef’s Table to buy-out of the entire restaurant.

Walked in here off the Riverwalk for lunch and we're delighted. We sat inside because it was raining out but the views were still great. Staff was extremely friendly. They make an excellent margarita! The caprese panini was delicious especially with the heirloom tomatoes. The sausage pizza was also excellent. This is a great restaurant to try if you are... More

My stay was first class, but I felt the food was pretty average. Basic sandwiches and pasta were underwhelming, but seating on the Riverwalk was beautiful!

Came here with group of 12 coworkers for Christmas dinner. Short rib dinner was great (a little under seasoned). Someone got the filet which was mediocre (TINY) portion. Deserts were hit and miss: tiramisu was AMAZING. Cannoli, apple tart, and creme brûlée were all mediocre to poor. I ordered an old fashioned and it was too Shirley-Templey. All in all,... More

My husband and I came to stay at the Westin Riverwalk for a night this past weekend. Before we got there, we received a personal email from Amanda Lindquist, the Executive Sous Chef at the Zocca Italian Restaurant recommending dinner at her restaurant. I have to say, we were both not great fans of Italian food but figured that since... More

Had reservations for large gathering all requiring separate checks and they took excellent care of us. Nice wine list, every entree was enjoyed and the desserts were decadent. I even enjoyed the friendly ducks waddling about. Many people don't think "Italian" along the River Walk but I highly recommend.

It's a beautiful restaurant and it has ample seating with a view of the river. Unfortunately, both my friend and I thought the food wasn't very good. To me, our entrees seemed to not even live up to the standard of an Olive Garden, and when we ordered the special dessert of the evening (cannoli) to try to rescue the... More

My wife and I ate at Zocca twice this week (once for lunch then dinner). We also ate at other suggested restaurants in San Antonio's Riverwalk area. Most were overpriced and never had the quailty of Zocca's chicken picata, veal stuffed ravioli, and even the chicken breast paninin. Late in the evening, I stopped in for a quick, late night...
