Incredible food and service

We wanted to enjoy an Italian dinner our first night in San Antonio. The concierge at the Marriott recommended here. So glad she did!! We decided to eat at the bar. The place is cozy and has a outdoor patio to dine at also. Our meal was incredible. I had the Kale salad which was sooo good, and I... read more

Today was our fourth visit in the last three years to Zocca. We have been for lunch twice, breakfast once and dinner once. We absolutely love this place. Of course a restaurant is first about the food and everything we have ever had here has been great. Let's start with the bread that they bring. The olive bread is extremely... More

I look for good service, food and atmosphere. I had opportunity for have lunch and dinner at this restaurant as I stayed at the Westin Hotel where Zocca is located. I dined inside and out (along the riverwalk.) The atmosphere is wonderful and quiet enough to hold a conversation. Amanda was my server multiple times and she was outstanding. Polite,... More

First, they were busy. One waiter came over n apologized since he had large tables to serve. Support staff delivered water. Shortly following another waiter inquired about our status. I would like to say that we had barely arrived, we had not waited or been ignored; however, it was an example of great teamwork n service when the second waiter... More

The meals may be pricey, but at least the portion sizes are small and the service is crap. I guess since we were in jeans we didn't pass their inspection. We won't be back.

My husband and I happened on this restaurant while enjoying the evening lights on the Riverwalk. We were not all that hungry so we had only a main course. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs (giant meatballs actually) and I had linguini pescatore. Portioned just right with an emphasis on quality, the food was delicious and the ambiance relaxed and... More

Amazing gluten free experience. Went out of their way to make sure food was safe. Met 2 chefs, Eugene Schlaff and Jeff Foresman, who came to our table to assure our food safety and no contamination. Our waitress Valeria was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this place. Lots of gluten free choices and the food was fantastic.

We stayed at the Westin Riverwalk two nights and ate at Zocca 4 times! Jason and Amanda, two of our servers, were fantastic! Jimmy, the cook, made my mom and daughter delicious gluten free meals. Jason and Amanda went above and beyond with great service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, but such a treat for people who have... More

Sam and Jesus were totally great!!! Loved the food. I will be back and recommend to my friends. If you want a romantic evening it's one of the best downtown San Antonio. If you want a hip bar to go to - try it!!
