Starting with the salad buffet, the variety was alluring . I could see coming to the restaurant just for the salads. But, in reality, this is a meat lover's dream. The selection, amount and quality of meat was incredible and all was prepared perfectly (except maybe for a lamb chop that tasted a little gamey). My favorites were the bacon... More

Man, this place is great. I have met the owner and he is a genuinely nice guy who makes his presence known for guests so it has great hands on service. My tips are this. SKIP the salad/veggie bar, it will only get in the way of your meat eating. Also, while the lamb is phenomenal, it will weigh you... More

Okay, yes...dinner here would be quite pricey. I think it was something like $45 per person, for dinner. We went for lunch. Even at half price, you're probably thinking it's nuts to pay that much...we were. Until we flipped our cards over and the parade of meats on a stick began. Good night nurse, it was endless. Try the bacon... More

It has a very nice salad bar, but this place is for meat lovers. Make sure to make a reservation, because this place is always packed. A little bit expensive, but is all you can eat. Staff is very nice, and are not rushing you to finish your meal.

I am always looking for a reason to go back and we would have gone tonight but we were just there last weekend. Anyway, it was another excellent experience. We love to go early and take our time enjoying the experience. The staff is amazing, always just a step away, clearing your dishes and bringing more of the sides. The... More

The meal was plentiful. (too plentiful). Come hungry because there is lots of meat here. ALL of it is great. Grilled perfectly and juicy and delicious. Huge, fresh salad bar. And the service is impeccable. Nice job Chama Gaucha. Only one concern. The price for an adult is the same price as a 12 year old boy/girl. I was surprised... More

My wife and I love to eat Brazilian and have enjoyed Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao. We did not think food got any better than that until we found Chama Gaucha! OMG - the meats were off the charts fantastic - every cut was a treat. The service was second to NONE. We are planning our trip back... More

Most of the beef was very good, 2 kinds of beef too salty. Very friendly and professional waiters. The salads were fresh, for my taste too much mayonese though. All in all a good restaurant, but too expensive for what they offer. Ambiente is like a lunchroom.

Brazilian restaurants are all about the experience. This one did not fail. The service was amazing, from pulling out your chair, placing your napkin in your lap, describing what will happen when you turn your card from red to green. I'll admit I was a little afraid to turn that card over. We enjoyed the salad bar (honestly, if I... More
