New owners have decorated the place so nice! Loved the ambiance, friendly staff but..., there's always a "but"; miss the old style of pizza. Couldn't tell you what ingredient was missing, added, etc. but something was not quite right. Seemed to have about the same selections in the way of pizza, at least as my taste was searching, however, when... More

Warm, inviting, but basic seating. Pizza, salad and coke for $7. Yummy and recommended! Very friendly service, I will be back.

This place was a refreshing alternative to the hubbub of the Riverwalk, it's near the Main Plaza, Courthouse, Riverwalk Plaza Hotel and is a great locals eatery for pizza and more. The food is good and the guys are friendly. They're only open till 8:00pm and that depends on downtown happenings.

Me and my friend came here for some pizza November 2nd. We thought it was really good! I just read the review from stokjoc and can't believe it was so bad for them! It smells wonderful once you open the doors! We both had a calzone with pepperoni and sausage. It was amazing! It was stuffed with all kinds of... More

Central Park Pizza was near our hotel and we were tired so I gave it a shot. The staff was friendly and pizza was prepared to order in a reasonable time. The price was 13.99 and I got a side salad. Thankfully this was take-out since the atmosphere was a bit drab and depressing. Given the values you currently get... More

While visiting San Antonio I visited Central Park Pizza twice. The first time I got a carry out salad to enjoy in the motel room. I stopped because I was walking by and there were not too many restaurants in sight. The second time I used their delivery service and got the three-cheese calzone and my friend ordered the daily... My wife and I ended up eating here after leaving another establishment out of frustration. The pizza was great. They had a great value for a lunch special.

The pizza was delicious with complex but subtle spices. We took it across the street to a table at the park. Lovely.

Oh gees, I have never had an experience at a place to eat that was so much different than the good majority of the reviews. First of all the 2 slices of pizza that I had were overcooked to the point where the tecture of the crust reminded me almost of a Dorito chip. Ok, fine, the food preparer simply... More

The first time I ate there, they gave me plenty of spagetti with my order. But today I was dissappointed with this joint. I got lasagna & the teeny weeny bitty piece that they served me did not cut it! Also the place could use some cleaning. There were liquids spilled everywhere & tables to cleaned. The thing that really... More
