Quite large and reasonably priced with good coffee and pastries. Just got a quick pick-up breakfast but would have liked to have enjoyed the cafe not only for breakfast but also lunch. Would go again. Note: one block from the Salem waterfront hotel and the House of 7 gables (2-ish blocks)

This place has consistently good coffee and pastries. Each time I stop the staff is great, energetic and knowledgeable. Great location near the water. Indoor and outdoor seating. Just had amazing 7-layer bar and cappuccino.

Really great coffee. They roast their own beans and know how to make especially wonderful cappuccinos and such. Great location in Pickering Wharf and always filled with happy customers. Fantastic pastry and gelato. It's time to update the couches and chair cushions, The lounge area just looks way too worn.

Love sitting outside at the tables, watching the people go by. Right near Pickering Wharf and the Ocean. Yummy food and deserts!

If you are staying at the Salem Waterfront, this place is right around the corner (an important factor at breakfast time!) Since the Waterfront did not have breakfast, we had to go out daily-we were very glad when we stumbled on Jaho. My personal preference is much darker roasts than they usually had (not a shot at their coffee-just my... More

I ordered the coco mocha nut frosticcino and it was better than any big name chain out there. Nothing was overpowering and the coffee itself was perfectly roasted. There's magic in this place and I will definitely be back for my coco mocha nut fix on my next trip!

The iced coffee was excellent - strong and with crushed ice, which was a nice change from a lot of places. Their carrot cake cupcake thing was awesome too. Love the tables outside. I like the comfy furniture inside too. I made five trips here over a three day period. The Sunday morning staff was a little impatient and huffy when... More

My husband and I decided on visiting Salem, MA for our honeymoon. We stopped along this coffee shop while waiting for the tour of the "Friendship" to begin. They have great coffee, yet prices are only a little cheaper that a Starbucks. The environment is very welcoming, lots of places to sit inside and they also have a couple of... More
