We found this place on Trip Advisor. Whenever a trip to New England comes along, we look for a diner. Deb's is the real thing, an old manufactured diner with all the ambience one would expect. The food, classic diner fare prepared in plain view by a short order cook, is very tasty. Best of all, the people working there... More

Also known as Deb's Pilgrim Salem Diner. (That's a mouthful so it is known as Deb's Diner.) You will not see Deb's Diner on the sign but you are in the right place. According to the web this is a 1936 Worcester Diner. The exterior is original but much of the interior is newer. I'm not sure how long it... More

by the looks of it.......you wonder if you should go in, but someone told us to go here so we paid no mind to the looks of the outside. Very tiny inside. The food and service is great. And the place is hopping non stop. Soon as someone is out of a chair....its filled up again. I think its loved... More

I would have never, in a million years, gone into this place except that TripAdvisor gave it high ratings and we had walked uphill in the rain for over a mile to get there. Looks are deceiving! Delicious and wonderful service. It was packed with locals the entire time we were there. Would be a regular if I lived close.

When I think of breakfast I think amazing, delicious and sweet.. what do you think? Here it doesn't seem to matter because they do it all. This is a small maybe fits 30 people small diner, however what they cook at this place is anything but small. I personally go for some of the creative house specials like Boston Creme... More

This diner is DELICIOUS and local! It is tiny, but we had no trouble getting a table. It is an old train car which adds to the fun. My husband had pancakes that he said were delicious and he's very picky! My raisin french toast and well done hash were so good! Highly recommend!

This is like the buffalo.Nearing extinction. A true diner in the heart of Salem. Usual diner fare with great service. I just wish coffee was included in the breakfast offerings. A restaurant for anyone.

My husband and I had breakfast here a few days ago and I would never go back. This mobile home sized diner was not what I was expecting after reading the reviews. The service was great but I could not get over the flavorless food. I guess if one must eat there, try the banana pancakes.
