Came here during the Halloween madness in mid October. We love Lolita in Boston, so we figured we'd check out the Salem version when visiting. We were so glad we did! Our dinner was amazing, the cocktails were delicious, and we got temporary tattoos! The service was great and the restaurant was beautiful, much less claustrophobic than the one in... More

So i was planning a trip out to Salem, MA to spend a few days with my new fiancee and see the Halloween festivities. I searched around a bunch of reviews and saw some decent reviews for this establishment. Since we both enjoy Mexican food and tequila, I made reservations for Oct 30th (Wednesday night), about 2 weeks prior to... More

This was a very interesting Restaurant. I walked in to a dark restaurant with High ceilings ,velvet walls and iron fencing throughout the restaurant, They put a lot of thought into the decorations as well but I did feel very comfortable . When I was seated we were given Nachos and Salsa with 3 different types of dips and they... More

Boy, they're trying for creative takes on traditional Mexican dishes. Some work, some not so much; but on multiple visits, the same dish can vary quite a lot in quality. Also, there are some clear missteps as well as lack of oversight. The granita, a slushy grapefruit concoction which gets splashed by tequila tableside was already melted by the time... More

I purchased a groupon for taco dinners for two which included, one appetizer, two taco options, one side and a dessert. The cost was $33 which I thought was quite reasonable for what was offered. We each had a couple of cocktails which were very good. I had the cucumber margharita which was extremely pricey and served in a rocks... More

From beginning to end, this restaurant exceeded my family's expectation of a fantastic dinner. The atmosphere was dark with red velvet walls, rod iron fences, and very cool lighting. We all agreed that this was like nothing we had ever seen, very cool. Our waiter was a doll and was extremely attentive, always making sure that we were satisfied with... More

The restaurant definitely has a unique decor, and makes for a fun place to have a drink. The service, however, was quite slow and dispassionate, and the food only mildly inspired given the prices they're charging. And even though the restaurant and bar are in one huge dark room, drinks served while waiting for a table must be closed out... More

When you entrer there is a huge bar area with tables seperated by a wall and rod iron fence with a separate dining area. Almost a little Gothic and very well done. Heated nachos are served free, we ordered the trio of guacamole, which was extra but worth every penny, guac mixed with bacon, gauc mixed with seafood and gauc... More

I have to start by saying the nachos here are amazing! A little different from traditional nachos. Enough for two for a meal. The drinks are just average and pricey. The thing that turned me off was the hostess sticking a piece of gum in her mouth and throwing the wrapper out the front door on the sidewalk, Really!!!
