Worth visiting when you're in Salem!

I know that sounds silly but it took a really long time for them to cool off before you could eat them and god forbid you spill it on yourself. The basil pasta salad was to die for... read more

Disappointed and didn't see a reason to return. There was nothing about the flavor or the place that struck me as exceptional.

The Chicken pot pie soup is the best soup in the world. I can't stop eating it. It's like having. Pot pie in a soup!

This is the place I go to for lunch when I am working in Salem. They carry at least 5 different soups daily; and the selections change daily. They let you try as many samples as you want before you decide. Even the soups they carry regularly like the chicken noodle and clam chowder have a unique and different take... More

This is another place we always visit while in Salem. The menu has changed a bit and there was only one vegetarian option which was disappointing, but as always the soup was delicious. Nice for a quick lunch!

Loved the Clam Chowder. I would definitely go back for more! My daughter tried the chicken noodle but wasn't impressed.

Very nice and prompt service. The soup is yummy and perfect for the cold season. Very reasonably priced compared to NY price.

While touring Salem we found the Soup Factory for our lunch stop. The cafe is small with a single employee but worth the wait to place our order. I was able to taste several soups before settling on the lobster bisque, served with a chunk of fresh bread. All the soups were excellent. My husband opted for a sandwich, also... More

Soup was good, some innovative "blends" but executed average. Staff was very friendly and professional. Clean place, but small.
