In the downtown district. Espresso, Creperie and Artisan Beers oh my! The crew is friendly and perfectly attentive. Music selection is wonderful. The managers (maybe the owners) seemed to care about what was going on and ready to respond. Stopped by 3 times.

This spot is super relaxed with great eats! Great vegetarian options. I got the Moussaka, vegetarian & includes eggplant, carrots, Portobello mushrooms, crushed tomatoes with a Béchamel sauce, grilled sandwich, served with a side garden salad, $14. My husband got the Barcelona, turkey, manchego, apple butter, Dijon mustard, arugula grilled sandwich, $11. Food was surprising amazing. Thought it would be... More

This restaurant is adorable. Great food and beautifully decorated, with great service. It's in a plaza and easy to overlook, but be sure to eat here!

I have been to gulu-gulu many times with my friends for different occasions. It is always a great spot to hang out. Most recently I went for dinner and ordered the Lyon Vegetarian Panini and it was a delicious and large/rustic sandwich. They offer a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They have good coffee and lattes. Gulu-Gulu also... More

We stopped at Gulu-Gulu for a quick lunch during a day trip to Salem. Service was very good, very nice waiters. Food was tasty, nothing out of this world, but very good. Price was also good, not expensive.

Prices have gone up. Food portions have decreased. Food doesn't taste as good as it used to. They switched around the interior setup, and it's not as comfortable as it used to be. Service takes forever. They used to have all kinds of games.boards, etc. - now nothing. Boring. Most musical groups that play there are horrible - just noise.... More

My daughter and I stopped in here twice on a recent trip to the Boston area. It was pretty cold outside and we wanted something hot so we decided to get some coffee here. After sitting down my daughter decided she wanted a little snack. They had a small cheese and bread plate sampler that we ordered and found it... More

This place was quite a find! We walked around most of Salem looking for a good cafe and this took us a while to get to but it was worth the wait. Good and healthy breakfasts and juices and coffee. The venue itself is great and creative artwork is all around.
