Get it while it's hot!!

Good choices, just make sure it is fresh! Pastries are fantastic, and so are the potatoes, as long as the are fresh from the kitchen (potatoes). Services is great.

Sat outside on the patio and had lunch and breakfast. Atmosphere was great; such a treat to enjoy the beauty of the area.

The Hilton El Conquistador was the host hotel for the 2014 GWRRA AZ District Rally. Many of us ate here because it was conveniently located during the rally. My wife and I and our friends ate here several times. We discovered Quesadilla burgers! (...and we brought the great idea home!) All our food selections were well prepared and served quickly,... The hostess could not tell which tables were actually occupied and just gave us a table at the back. It appeared that better tables were available, but had not been cleaned. The food and service were acceptable, but I was told that the table I wanted was not available, yet during the entire time we were there no one sat... More

Prior to checking out of the Hilton El Conquistador decided to go for their Sunday brunch. It was a bit disappointing in that there was no carving station. The chef made a great omelet. They apparently use a lot of fresh herbs and had some varied dishes. My daughter loved their pork cushions. The corn on the cob was soaked... More

Breakfast was decent....try the breakfast potatos--delicious. Omelettes are fine, everything else is typical hotel breakfast fare. Lunch was uninspiring.

Husband and I ate all our breakfasts here while staying at the hotel in June. I had the buffet but husband ordered a la carte because he wanted the eggs bennie. We both enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive and friendly. The buffet selection was huge with many healthy and not-so-healthy options. The omelet chef was also friendly and... More

During a recent conference at the El Conquistador, my hubby and I were treated to the wonderful buffet at the Sundance Cafe. The selection was varied, fresh, and plentiful . I tried the omelette station and the veggie selection was great! Spinach, mushrooms, yellow and red peppers, chili peppers, onions to name a few items. They didn't have jalapeños ,... More
