Prior to checking out of the Hilton El Conquistador decided to go for their Sunday brunch. It was a bit disappointing in that there was no carving station. The chef made a great omelet. They apparently use a lot of fresh herbs and had some varied dishes. My daughter loved their pork cushions. The corn on the cob was soaked... More

Breakfast was decent....try the breakfast potatos--delicious. Omelettes are fine, everything else is typical hotel breakfast fare. Lunch was uninspiring.

Husband and I ate all our breakfasts here while staying at the hotel in June. I had the buffet but husband ordered a la carte because he wanted the eggs bennie. We both enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive and friendly. The buffet selection was huge with many healthy and not-so-healthy options. The omelet chef was also friendly and... More

During a recent conference at the El Conquistador, my hubby and I were treated to the wonderful buffet at the Sundance Cafe. The selection was varied, fresh, and plentiful . I tried the omelette station and the veggie selection was great! Spinach, mushrooms, yellow and red peppers, chili peppers, onions to name a few items. They didn't have jalapeños ,... More

It was easy but not the best. We had to grab menus to seat ourselves as no one was around. Finally we had to grab a woman and tell her we would like to order. The waiter was EXCELLENT, however the breakfast buffet had sat there way to long before filling. The omelette person we are still looking for LOL.Pricey... More

If you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or just plain interested in eating a healthy diet you won't be disappointed by this breakfast buffet. This so welcomed when you are not in your own kitchen! All food was delicious, by the way!

We stayed at the Hilton resort on a busy conference weekend. The service was relaxed but efficient. The servers were friendly and attentive. The meals were presented with nice sides of grilled asparagus and broiled tomatoes. The various breads were divine toasted. One day we enjoyed the lemon pancakes with blueberries. We highly recommend the pancakes and the omelettes. Skip... More

We ate breakfast here 4 times and lunch twice during our recent stay at El Conquistador resort. We had an all inclusive rate and so were delighted to take advantage of the great food on offer. The buffet at breakfast had some great selections and high quality as well, surprisingly good crossaints and pastries and some interesting breads for toasting.... More
