The food here is delicious. The salsa is awesome. I had the shredded chicken enchilada, stacked, with green chilies, and was blown away. Very authentic. The only down side was a few flies that made their way around the dining room and it took about 15 minutes to get a table. However, with a place this good, and it being... More

They would do good to expand as this place is seemingly a favorite around Tucson. There is always a wait and since its so small you have to crowd in to get a seat. However, it is well worth it! I just adore the waitresses, they are so personable and friendly and cute, they make each visit so enjoyable. They... More

You would not expect to travel to Arizona to find the best New Mexican food, but Poco & Mom's is the place! I personally love the chorizo with green sauce for breakfast, while my wife prefers the chile relleno with green sauce for lunch. Whichever you try, you will not be disappointed!

We were only in Tucson for one night and read all the good reviews both on Tripadvisor and Yelp, so we had to try it. Poco and Mom's is a little hole-in-the-wall place where you sign in on a tattered notebook if the restaurant is busy. The waitresses were friendly and down to earth, as were the patrons (regulars, I... More

Wonderful meal and terrific staff. We had green chili w/shredded beef enchiladas and Silver City hash browns w/red meat. The "red meat" or adobo beef on top of the hash browns was tender and very flavorful, the salsa, re-fried beans, and green chili enchilada were all outstanding.

We enjoyed our breakfast here on a Saturday morning. We got the last table that would seat 3 and seated ourselves. If tables are full you can put your name on a list. There were about 10 tables. The service was very friendly. All the breakfast items were between $7 and $10. My husband and friend enjoyed their breakfasts that... More

I have eaten a lot of green chili in many restaurants round the Us. Poco and Moms is the best ever.the green chili enchiladas are my ultimate favorite. I have me ver been disappointed in this restaurant. The chunky salsa rocks! If you ever want a great red or green chili place to go, this is the number 1 place.

This is a Tucson institution! More "New Mexico" than actual "Mexican" -- Hatch chiles instead of guajillo or ancho. Breakfast is a standout (I'd give lunch and dinner a lower rating.) Not all dishes are equal: let the staff offer advice. A great choice for more of a small-town-diner experience, choose something else if you're after a reserved, linen-napkin feel.... More

I went here with my family on the recommendation of a friend. The outside is a little sketchy, but the food makes up for the lack of appearance. We were here during dinner and waited for about 10 minutes for a table. There are not many tables inside, mabe only 12. Once seated we were served chips and salsa. It... More

If you changed the exterior, interior or bathroom it would not be Poco and Moms. The food is the best Mexican there is, Hatch Chilli New Mexico Mexician. So get over the decor, the food and the people who make the food are the best in AZ!
