Everytime we come here it's always amazing. The portions are big so you will have leftovers. We try to come here once a month because its kinda far but well worth it and great prices $.

Our group had such a hard time choosing between breakfast choices here! I finally settled on the Santa Fe breakfast, green chile on tortilla with eggs sunnyside up, hashbrowns, beans. We shared a bowl of the red pork chile - THAT was incredible. I also got to try the guacamole omelet, yum! Very friendly service.
I had higher hopes for this place, as I love honest local neighborhood diners. The atmosphere was just as hoped for, but the food was a bit lacking. My tamales were very dry and a bit overcooked. My friends' meals were, like mine, palatable, but nothing special. The place was clean and service was good.
When I think of New Mexican style breakfast, to me the gold standard is The Pantry in Santa Fe, NM. Since I don't live there I was excited to see that Poco & Mom's featured New Mexican style food and I had a trip with a stop in Tucson.
Unfortunately, if The Pantry is the gold standard, Poco & Mom's...

Regulars get a hug before they leave. Newcomers get a warm smile. Add in great food and unbeatable prices - what's not to love about this place.

Minnesotans eat Scandinavian foods, Jell-o casseroles, etc. (as Garrison Keillor...

I know a lot of locals rate this restaurant four and five stars. Based on these reviews and what friends told us, I was expecting much, much more. While it was good, I can’t say it was outstanding. It is a small restaurant in what used to be a Taco Bell and is very casual. Prices are cheap as well....

Just got back from another stop at Poco & Mom's. A year later, still fantastic inexpensive food. Had the Silver City Breakfast, grilled hash browns topped with melted cheese, delicious green chile sauce, eggs over easy, and machaca. Unbelievably good! Frankly, they could pour the spicy green chile sauce over rusty nails and they'd taste good. You really can't go...

Guy Fieri has to be here somewhere. The food is wonderful, staff very colorful and friendly. Real blue collar clientele, with lots of local color mixed in for good measure, just a really fun place with wonderful food. Will go back every opportunity, love the people!
I cannot claim to be as knowledgeable as the other reviewers as I was visiting from England, but we had the best meal here of all the places tried during our stay in Tucson in January. Wonderful family style atmosphere, formica table tops maybe seen better days, but who cares when such wonderful food, relaxing and not rushed at all...
