This place has a lovely old-style generic diner feel. The server was very friendly, but the food was subpar. The French toast was tough and chewy, not fluffy or appetizing. The ham steak was fine.

First off...it was CLEAN! and well lit. Open and airy. They had a simple menu, large pie selection. We enjoyed the chicken fried chicken and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and the food came out fast. Hot and homestyle. Delicious. The staff were attentive and pleasant. An excellent find. We'll be back for breakfast next time.

Food and service are great. Great specials and the staff always makes you feel at home. And the pies are out of this world!

It's new so it is sparkling clean. Super nice staff who topped off drinks for each other when passing by with a pitcher. Menu touted typical "café" type food & we went with the chicken fried chicken with mashed & gravy. It was nice - nothing fancy, just nice. Potatoes seemed very bland - great consistency but just potato-ey. Looking... More

After reading some great reviews , we decided to try this café for breakfast. Located in a very plain stripmall, with plain furniture but with a very nice waitress and excellent food. Worth trying it out while in Tucson.

Having a yen for pie and discovering this little gem of a diner on 22nd and Columbus, Mr. AZ and I stopped in for some truly scrumptious banana cream and coconut cream pie. These were spot on pies. Flaky crust, creamy and rich pudding bases offset with just right additions of banana or coconut, topped by luscious whipped cream. They... More

Try the Mexican meal breakfast. Home made salsa and tortilla. Great food at a very reasonable price. Lots of local atmosphere.

We found this place on Google Maps with a few solid reviews and decided to try it with our 3 hungry boys. It was packed which was a great sign for a late monad morning. Don't be fooled by the little strip mall location. We were very pleasantly surprised!! Service was crazy fast and our waitress was very attentive and... More
