A long dinner date with excellent food and company

Four courses of food over three hours...Ahhh. No Rush here. This place is for special occasions and for visiting with old friends. We went on a double date with some old friends and ate our way through delicious amounts of food. My favorite course is the cheese fondue and when doluble dating, you... read more

This was our first visit. We had a reservation and was seated on time. We ordered the 4 course meal(well worth the price $35.each) that included cheese fondue with bread, veggies, which was made in at our table by our server Eric. A fresh salad, our entree was the "Pacific Rim" and dessert was caramel chocolate fondue comes with fresh... More

Our food was great! We had the 4 course, by the time the chocolate cake I was completely full so pace yourselves. The service was good but when I used the restroom the stall was out of TP (pet peeve of mine). Thank goodness for toilet seat covers 😖. All in all we will go again.

We went for Valentines day and again for our anniversary. They made it very special with a private room and a card signed by all the staff. For Valentines it had roses on the tabe to take home and rose petals. Our waiter Edward was amazing and made sure our anniversary was special. Even the manager came over to wish... More

Had a great experience last night at Melting Pot. I call it an experience because if you go into the Melting Pot expecting to just have a meal you will be disappointed. Yes, it is more expensive. Yes, the servers don't hover over you. You are there to spend a couple hours with friends enjoying good food and their company.... More

The starter cheese fondue was great. The entrée was horrible. The chocolate was great, but really too full to enjoy it. Skip the entrée for sure! Also the atmosphere was not great. The lighting was extremely bright in the area they sat us. Way in the back. The regular booths in the front would of been a better seating choice....make... More

We recently visited Tucson Melting Pot twice within 8 days to take advantage of their reported terrific Happy Hour prices in the bar. The salads and cheese fondue are quite good, however the service waaaaaay tooooooooooooo slow. It was particularly distressing during our second visit when the bartender/waiter couldn't tell us the wine specials and had to go "ask the... More

New Years eve with the Melting Pots special Fondu with steak, lobster and shrimp. Very good. We had a party of four with non-stop drinks and two different hot oils. Simply the best way to spend New year Eve at a very good restaurant. You must be willing to stay for at least 4 hours and slow down and enjoy.

We had the Valentine's Day 4-course menu. Everything was delicious and could be made GLUTEN-FREE. They had GF bread and GF cakes for dipping, GF beer in the cheddar fondue. All the fondues and sauces were GF. And the whole thing was romantic and fun.
