Located in a standard looking shopping complex step through Lovin' Spoonfuls' doors and you are transported. Beautifully furnished the atmosphere is a delight but the true pleasure here is the delicious food and immense selection.

Since my wife discovered that she was severely gluten intolerant we have both changed our outlook to canned food (wheat is a common additive in many commodities for some reason), and consumption and enjoyment of wheat in general. Which makes it challenging to come up with a gluten free "birthday cake" for her: I am always on the lookout for... More

The food is fresh and well prepared and the service is excellent. The food that I ordered was served in a basket and was not at all easy to eat with utensils so I had to make do with my fingers. it would be nice to be give the option of having it on a plate. Would go back again.

They are known for their vegan food, but the owner has been working on vegan-gluten free recipes. Her gluten free bread was excellent- fluffy and tasty unlike most gluten free breads. The mediterranean dish was very good and the aloha rum was pretty tasty too.

We ate here weekly during our winter stay in Tucson. The soups are always good and the food is homey and comfortable. Oftentimes the daily special is tempting, our favorite menu items are the sesame chicken salad and the burgers--good french fries. Breakfast here is also very good! Leave room for dessert....

We had the adzuki bean burger and their house veggie burger. As sides we had French fries and chips. There was a musician there, so we liked the atmosphere and the place seemed to stay busy. Service was nice but not overly friendly. Food tasted fresh and was good.

You order your food at a counter, pay and sit down. They bring the food when it is ready. Drinks are self service. We had to wait a long time for a coffee refill. They had forgotten to replace the empty coffee pot, so we had to ask to brew a new one. Service could therfore certainly be better.

My dining experience here was great. The service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty. I especially enjoyed their desserts... The chocolate rum truffles were excellent.

It's wonderful not to have to scan the menu for hopeful vegan options. I'm not saying this is all whole-food (although there's plenty of that). You can get a "chicken" dinner with mashed potatoes and stuffing if that's your heart's desire. Lunch is your best bet here, although the "chicken" dinner is great. Dinner entrees are a little bland and... More
