Tucson likes variety and Prep & Pastry fits that description. It has an unusual menu of tasty breakfast items and some pastries that will knock you out. One of us had their cheddar biscuit and duck comfit gravy with a couple of eggs, while the other had their "simple breakfast". Both were well prepared and very tasty. In both cases,... More

Went with a group of nine friends. Was initially told the wait would be 10-15 minutes but was not seated for at least 45 minutes. There seems to be little initiative to seat large parties by the hostesses. After inquiring they informed us that there is only one location to seat our size party (inside). Although, three tables could have... More

We enjoyed our brunch at Prep & Pastry. It has cure decor and the food is a little different than your standard breakfast fare. Would come again!

My best friend and I always have brunch on Sunday and this place is now the only place we go. We always have incredible service and have even been comped pastries when we can't make up our minds on what we want. The staff here clearly love their job and their customers. The atmosphere is so relaxed and modern and... More

It's open for a short time, so we were curious. It's kind of hard to find unless you have GPS...even if it is on a main drive. The atmosphere is cafeteria open bistro, the menus are minimalistic (I would have liked to have seen pictures or color). VERY ECLECTIC selections. You can't find any of this fare anywhere else. So... It's hard to keep up with all the options in Tucson. Such a great restaurant city for it's size, and here comes another one.. Great food, staff and creative menu. First time, but it won't be our last.... Prices are very reasonable...

I visited on a Sunday around 11:00am and it was really busy but the staff was exceptionally friendly. Because I was alone, I opted to sit at the bar and was seated right away. Since I was driving, I skipped the impressive cocktail list but would love to go back and try one or two of the specialty mimosas. Instead... More

My daughter and I search for new places to meet for lunch. At her suggestion we met at Prep and Pastry, a new restaurant on Campbell near Fort Lowell and loved it. The decor is particularly warm and bright, the ambiance is lively and fun, and the service is friendly and welcoming. I had a very good cheese omelet with... More

We went for brunch and came away totally satisfied. The only substandard item that we ate was the cronut. Dry and cardboardy otherwise all the food we ordered was superb. Will definitely eat there again when I am in Tucson next.

This place is clearly run by people who love what they do. The pork belly was perfect and, amazingly, not heavy and greasy as the name might imply. The fennel and apple slaw made the flavors blend perfectly. Rose flavor in the green tea was a unique treat. Service was friendly and fast. The owner came to the table and... More
