This food is fantastic! We ordered 2 Ranchera bistek, Sonoran dogs, and carnitas tacos. All served on homemade, I mean actually hand made corn tortillas! All the food was grilled to perfection, fresh and favorable! If you want authentic, real Mexican food. You have to try this! The owners are super sweet and service is spectacular! Eat and live well.... More

This is a tiny converted old Dairy Queen that serves a very tasty breakfast. We stopped in after walking Tumamoc and left there very happy we did. My husband ordered a plate while I just had a burrito. Both plates were delicious and just the right size. We will return and bring frineds!

Ate here twice on recent trip to Tuscon. Amazing Carne Asada Burritos. Definitely not the typical tex-mex. My wife and I split a large mango shake which we were shocked to see at 32 Oz! Kept us happy all the way to Phoenix. Highly recommend for quick, cheap, and excellent Mexican carry-out.

La Fresita has, HANDS DOWN, the best cheeseburgers and fries in tucson. The french fries are made from the potato and you get a lot. the cheesburger is big and juicy with avacado, lettuce and tomatoe, 2 cheeses on it. all for 6.99. so super. TRY IT

The place is small mom & pop joint, but loved the fresh food! Not a fancy place, and quite small but again the food is good!

For what they serve, it's good and it's cheap. The patio outside is really nice, as are the people working there.
