The history of this place just adds to the experience of dining here. Great service and interesting menu - some old reliables and a number of unique offerings. I would recommend the fish tacos!

We are blessed to be able to spend our days in such a historic and beautiful building. Thank you for sharing this with us. The fish tacos are one of the guest favorites and our chefs do a great job of devising interesting items with a southwestern twist. We really appreciate the review and we hope to have the pleasure... We like happy hours at most places. On their web site it was nice to see 3pm to close. However, you must be in bar area or the patio outside the bar. We thought patio would be great but it is a smoking area and the floor had a lot of sticks, leaves and butts. So we headed inside. Well... More

Thank you for joining us for happy hour. We enjoy good business during happy hour as a result of our extended happy hour time and our $5 offerings. I am sorry that it was loud, but better loud that quiet from our perspective. I am glad you enjoyed the Firecracker shrimp, the salad, burger and fries. I will certainly address... More

The food was delicious - had an Avocado Chicken with Cilantro Rice. The flavors were excellent! I would have given 5 stars but we had to wait quite a bit (almost 1 hour) between being given a table and being served. But as we were a group of ladies chatting our life away, it was not too much of an... More

Thank you and your group for choosing to chat your lives away with us. I too LOVE the Avacodo Chicken and it is one of our guest favorites. Sorry it took a bit, but I am glad you didn't mind. I will follow up with the OPG team. We hope to have the honor of serving your group again soon! More

We stumbled upon this restaurant on Valentine’s Day afternoon and were delighted with the atmosphere, service, food, and drink. A Tucson landmark, the Old Pueblo Grille has a nice varied menu including American style meals with a flair and a Mexican combination assortment that was excellent. Many dishes are made with smoked chicken which is cooked in a smoker at... More

I had been to the restaurant with friends on other previous trips to Tucson for the gem shows and returned again with friends and found the food, service and ambiance consistent with my previous visits. The menu reflects more a southwestern palette to the spicier Mexican cuisine resulting in unusual blend of flavors. This time I tried and enjoyed the... More

I went there last night and it was quite tasty! The guacamole was really yummy and the chicken Parmesan-style (a fried cutlet topped with sauce and cheese) with macaroni and cheese on the side was sheer decadence. The waitress was able to recommend a local Amber beer which was also quite good. I thought the prices were reasonable, too.

While visiting Tucson, we searched for a restaurant to have a nice but modest sit-down dinner. We were very satisfied with our first experience at the Old Pueblo Grille, and so came back a week later for another go at it. First time around, it was raining so we sat indoors. For our second visit, we had a warm spell... More

We ate with our family and business associate. The food was interestingly delicious, with a burst of favors. Good service. Drinks were good, and dessert was gone instantly. Would come back again.

I don't know how I didn't go there earlier. It is a delightful restaurant housed in an old villa built in 1928. The ambience is excellent, the food and service very good. It is a great place to spend an evening at and now that I have 'discovered' it, I am going to spend a lot more evenings there. The... More
