The picture above is not the same restaurant at this address. This had been one of our favorite restaurants in Tucson, but they changed the name to Gringo's and the disrespect that the name carries for both Anglos and Hispanics as well as the poor reviews from friends is enough to keep us away. I would think it will be... More

Way too expensive for the mediorke food that is served. Outside dining is looking at the neighboring hotels pool! Don't expect a variety of Seafood cause they lied...very few options with seafood ....Salsa was ok. This place is trying to be a high end restaurant but only living up to the unjustifed high $$$$$

Our relatives that are "locals" took us here as it is their favorite Mexican resturant and it was very good and authentic, much better than going to a "chain" restaurant.

Miguel's was good, not great. It's a more refined Mexican, along the lines of Mexico City Mexican. If your idea of Mexican is Sonoran, Baja, or (hope not) Tex-Mex, than you probably won't like Miguels. Not a taco or burrito to be found here. The tortilla soup was really, really good, a little on the salty side, though. The added... More

The menu shown outside is part bar menu and part restaurant menu. The bar is open in the room just in front of the restaurant tables with people on stools looking into the dinning area. We ordered something called a chicken sandwich and what we got was a big greasy chicken burger bun. If you are staying at the Hampton,... More

We went to Miguel's based on a list of restaurants suggested by the hotel. This was our first visit to Tucson and wanted to eat at a restaurant with a great view of the city lights. Plus to 100+ tequilas were a big draw. The restaurant was fairly empty but it was a Monday so we weren't really surprised. We... More

We really wanted Mexican seafood, and were staying in the Oro Valley (north) part of Tucson. Found Miguel's online and the reviews were solid. We stayed with the appetizer menu because the seafood choices were many. Each of us ordered two different appetizers ... portions were big, presentation was excellent. The service we experienced (server was Annie) was excellent, very... More

We went to Miquel's, a favorite of our daughter one evening while we were in Tucson. IT is a typical "yuppie" restaurant. We were seated outside, and it was quite chilly that evening. The food was very good. The Azteca salad has avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and fire roasted corn in a delish dressing. The lobster seafood bisque was mediocre -... More
