I'd been here for an early cup of coffee in the past, but this was the first time I ordered food. I'd been craving a good breakfast burrito so had one that was filled with bacon, eggs, hash browns and cheese. This was a monster! It filled me up until late afternoon however it was a bit dry. But on... More

Came here with a fairly large group for some coffee and light breakfast snacks. It was certainly nice that they were able to accommodate our group of nine on short notice. Unfortunately the experience turns completely average at this point. Service while friendly was not close to exceptional. Quite frankly it was a bit slow. I shared a plate of... More

This was an okay choice for a place to grab a cup of coffee with some family during a visit to Tucson... The staff was really friendly and it definitely embodied the concept of a 'family restaurant!' All I ordered was tea, so I can't comment on the food but the tea was a bit of a strange experience. They... More

They do a great job with eggs, waffles, french toast, and biscuits and gravy. My biscuit sandwich with egg, avocado, swiss, and tomato was delicious and light enough I could sample everyone else's choices. Yes it is plain inside like any real diner, no there weren't as many choices as the Hacienda del Sol Sunday brunch we went to the... More

Stopped in because there were lots of cars parked. If you are a fan of large portions this might be the place. However, we were disappointed by the poor service. Our food came out a little at a time; first my toast, then about the time that was finished came my eggs and sausage. About ten minutes later, I got... More

Good diner food. Ive had the breakfast sandwiches most of the time. Service can go either way. Inside could use a remodel, but give it a try the food is worth trying.

This is the most comfortable place to eat in Tucson. The staff and owner/cook are very gracious and accommodating. Repeat customers in here will tell you how good the service is and hints on what they like to eat. Having repeat customers who eat here almost everyday tells you something about the place. In this economy if you want to... More

We have a family breakfast here every month. We order everything from breakfast to dinner and have not been disappointed. The food is straight forward, fast and hot. The staff is attentive and flexible in accommodating separate checks and organizing tables for over 20 people. The chorizo and eggs are one of our favorites along with the huge burros. This... More

My visit started with coffee - it was terrible, then I noticed the so called cream was nondairy. I asked the waitress if I could have real half and half and she brought me some. One of the 1/2 & 1/2 containers curdled as it hit the coffee, apparently they don’t use it that much. I thought I’d wash my... More

This diner has as good a breakfast as can be found in Tucson at half the price. We asked valet boys where the locals eat breakfast and they all said here. Fresh everything and super service.
