We had been referred to this restaurant before we arrived in Tucson but had no idea what a treat we were in for! The Golden beet souffle was amazing as was the Pumpernickel-Crusted Butternut Steak with braised mustard and collard greens, crispy shallots and red pepper purée!!!! The wine list was amazing as were the 2 bottles that the server... More

Thanks to the timely reviews of new items on the menu by Doug Levy, I stopped in for lunch yesterday. What a delightful meal. Excellent fish, corn fritters, and sauce of huitlacoche. Genius ingredients and a lovely glass of Sancerre, Domaine Foussier. Luckily, I was able to cork the bottle and will enjoy, maybe later today with some turkey.

We dined recently at Feast and enjoyed the new November menu. I had the Golden Beet Souffle with dilled shrimp, bay butter and crispy parsnip and the CranApple Potato Cake with vanilla-creamed beet greens. My husband enjoyed the Borscht and Chicken Tikka Masala Sandwich. During the meal we had a lengthy chat with Chef Doug who may very well be... More

Try this: crispy potato pinwheel stuffed with avocado, served on a tomato-red pepper-almond relish. Or this: beef carpaccio with autumn greens in truffle vinaigrette, served with fried gnocchi and shave manchego. We were very happy with these. Both of us had seared scallops over celeriac puree, with sweet potato gaufrettes, boar bacon (MMMM). and braised cipollini served with crispy lovage.... More

We gave feast a try because of the great reviews and because it was so close to our hotel. Turned out to be the best dining experience we had during a 3 week vacation that included stops in Las Vegas and New Orleans. The atmosphere was casual and friendly with just a touch of pride and elegance. No pretension or... More

First a lovely dirty martini in a beautiful coupe vessel. The menu changes monthly but this is what we had. Sturgeon Mediterranean style sitting on some sort of savory french toast. Game hen ravioli and duck breast. Our app was beef carpaccio lovely light paper thin with the best gnocchi since I made it in 1981. A perfect wine was... More

Was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Tucson. Food was superb and wonderful from beginning to end. Excellent appetizers - golden beet souffle and a potato crisp with avocado and tomato. Then I had the grilled sturgeon on a whole wheat french toast. The fish had an excellent taste and was accompanied by wilted spinach; the french... More

The most difficult trick for a restaurant to pull off is constantly changing the menu and yet still coming up with dishes that you just have to come and have again. Feast pulls this off year after year. My recent favorite dishes have been wild boar and pork with udon two ways. These were both wonderful interesting dishes that would... More

We scheduled dinner and a meeting for 45 people. It was in a separate dining area. Service was efficient, accurate, friendly and unobtrusive. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had sturgeon which was serve atop "tomato French toast." I finished my meal with a warm chocolate torte. Delightful!

Game hen ravioli with caramelized onions hit the spot a couple nights ago. The hen was moist, the glaze succulent and I surprised myself by eating the whole thing. Glad I'm back in Tucson to regularly eat at my favorite restaurant.
